- We enjoyed everything. The ladies running the Bistro Friday night, 4/11/25, were excellent.
- Central location
- The staff was wonderful.  the front desk was especially amazing. My room was spotless, spacious, and had a very comfortable bed. I also loved the location of the hotel. It¿s within walking distance of Nationwide Arena and the Short North.
Cons -
- Location was greater than a 10 minute walk to the convention center and restaurants
- in house food options were over priced
