No breakfast was served because the kitchen was closed and my booking was with breakfast for 4 for 7 days, nothing was served for me and my family. Also the management was very bad, no communication was made and when asked all we got was the hotel was going through some changes which is not our fault so I am demanding for a refund . The location of the hotel is good

The staff members at the front desk who checked us in were very polite and friendly. They were helpful and professional. The hotel was in a safe and convenient location and was not noisy, despite being close to the airport. Our room was clean. The housekeeping staff was very kind as well.
The air conditioning in our room did not work. We set the air conditioning to 62° because the room was burning up when we arrived, but no cool air came out of the vents. The thermostat read that our room was 77° from the time we got there, 11 pm, until 11 am the next morning. The thermostat showed that the air conditioning was on and the fan was constantly on, but it never cooled down. Because of this, it was very difficult to fall asleep and was very uncomfortable.

The location was great and it was very clean. The staff was very friendly. I would most definitely stay here again.
The only think that disappointed me was I requested a 2pm check-out through email before my arrival and I received an email stating that it was approved. The morning I was scheduled to leave I was told that the latest check-out they could give me was a 1pm. The reason I needed the late check-out was because of the time of my flight departure. So I ended up going to a friend's house to wait which was farther away from the airport.
