Location, the hotel in general from tidiness and space. I will come again but after they fix below.

The person at the reception desk was with attitude. The water was extremely hot on both side and were not able to take shower, one of the beds generate loud noise.

The evening front desk manager was rude and flippant abbout the hotel giving away our prebooked room even after we called to say we would arrive late and were told "you're fine" We got you . parking is limited awkward. next to appartment building

The location cannot be beat, and the staff was very kind. There are many restaurants just feet away, most of them local restaurants and some Columbus institutions (La Chatalaine, Graeter's Ice Cream, Tommy's Pizza). Plus a Whole Foods across the street.

Great location, comfortable beds.

Too dark, especially in the kitchen. Needs better/brighter lights.

Shower had a huge crack in it with a poor repair job. Could hear a lit of noise from other rooms. Not a good night.

The staff priorities was the white people! After she assigned us the 5th floor she had moved to the first level under construction because at 1pm two pilot was studying in their room and I was cooking and kids watching tv was too much for them

Housekeeping seemed below par as no sprae toulet paper in the room or towels - did not seem that room housekeeping maintenance was up to par - guessing maybe short staffed ?

Great location, very clean! Quick check in/out. We had a wonderful experience.

Family members that we were visiting lived one block away . Room was clean, neat and lobby was also clean and staff was friendly.

Surprise $4 per night parking fee. Very noisy room which makes it hard to sleep.

Great location. The rooms are large and quiet and you feel safe here. Nice shower.

They just recently started charging $2 a day for parking. This is a petty amount and they don't keep track of the cars so there is no guarantee of parking places. I had to park on the street as I almost always do.

Hotel was very nice. Clean, new, comfortable. Definitely exceeded our expectations.

Single complaint was that breakfast didn't start until 7 each day. We are up and moving sooner, so we missed it.
