Cons -

  • Got them Friday night was told my reservation was canceled. What a joke. This hotel should not even be open.
  • The smoke detector was double covered with plastic bags, the heater power cord was cut, and no remote for the TV. I called several times as the heater was non- functioanl and each time I was told someone was on the way and had just left.
  • When needed TV switched out was made to wait over a day after being told twice someone would be right over to room.
