Front Desk person was okay with my request.

On Wednesday, Sep 2nd there was a fire on the third floor. Was outside for two hours until firefights cleared the floor. I was staying on the fourth floor and could smell the burned fumes.

Nothing it was horrible. One of the Hotel staff broke in the room and robbed us for everything we owned plus never once has housekeeping ever came and clean the room even when requested when I asked for towels or toilet paper, they never gave me those

One of the Hotel staff members use the key card in broken to my room that was not occupied when I left and they robbed us for $1500 worth of stuff

Nothing about this hotel was good

I did not like that the room looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a month , cockroachs were crawling all over the place , the night staff was rude and condescending, if it were up to me the person who was on shift would be fired , this place is a joke

Not expensive, good air conditioning. Staff friendly.

Smoking

The warmer coming from the ciling in the hall the dirty microwave the fact we had no water and had to go to bob Evans to use the bathroom and clean up the last day we were there the smell of weed barking dogs in the building and all around nasty rooms

Nothing. Horrible hotel.

Yes. No check in person, no one answering the phones, room was dirty.

The staff was so nice

no elevator, had to take the stairs to the 4th floor each time. but that?s fine at the end of the day

My door locked onnme when I get out at 4am, I spent 30 minutes before seeing a staff to enable the card

That I could smoke in my room

No towels, dirty room, sprayed for bugs. It?s essentially a large trap house

Cockroaches went running when he turned on the light. He slept in the car rather than run the risk of bringing bed bugs into the house.

The staff were very friendly, helpful.

Tried to save money by booking here, lotbof homeless in area, smelled of pot at all hours, alarms going off all nite, just wasn't as pictures shown. Never go cheaper!

Kitchen

The roaches crawling on the wall and even in the front lobby. Also, I found a pair of shorts that were not ours.

Room very clean and functional. Staff very friendly and professional

Room was very bare bones. Kitchenette but no accessories: no coffee maker, cups (even disposal ones), cooking materials, paper towels. No ability to do own meal prep. Also an exterior door alarm went off constantly throughout our visit.

I booked this for one of my artists coming into town to play. I was rather embarrassed for them to warn me to never book someone there again. The fact that there was a dude with a flak jacket on is very intimidating and he said his room was sub par.

Absolutely nothing

We checked in at 3 and left by 9. As soon as we checked in we took the kids out. When we came back to the room we found the rooms to be infested with roachs.

The bed was made with clean sheets and the refrigerator was cold. Location was very close to our night of entertainment

Room was supposed to be ready. Cleaning person went on break, left the cleaning supply cart in the room, floors were wet and dirty, no toilet paper and one towel and could not close the blinds for privacy, blinds ended up falling out of bracket

Customer service was amazing!

In the laundry room there are several machines that don't work and when busy there are no machines for use due to this. The cleanliness could be better.

The only thing was okay about this hotel was the location and staff.

Our room smelled like body odor. Our bed had little black hairs all over it. There were little black hairs on the blanket, flat sheet, and fitted sheet. We could not stand to sleep in a bed that disgusting, so we left at 9 pm.
