Location.

The scrambled eggs were awful. I love scrambled eggs and these were the worst I’d ever had at any hotel. Also, the TV was not easy to use given there was no channel guide. The provided bar code had no channel info in the channel tab.

The activities didn¿t always have directions as to where to get supplies¿ controllers, soccer ball, etc.

The location

Actually, my room appliances was not working. I called the front desk. The immediately move me to another room. The issue came when I took my Granddaughter to breakfast. My 4yr old drinking orange juice got a mouthful of gray slime mold.

We really like the layout of the room and the suite in general. We also enjoyed the well equipped fitness center and the pool.

The sofa bed was absolutely horrible! It was all springs visible to the eye & no padding, completely unacceptable. Nobody including kids should be expected to sleep on that mattress. That definitely messed up our sleeping arrangements, but we made do.

The room, lobby, and dining areas were clean for the most part. Modern decor, parking lot felt safe. Breakfast was good, different both days I stayed. The three stars I have the staff were all for the nice lady taking care of the dining area, she was nice

4th floor hall smelled like pot. Front desk person at check in was outside reading book, check out person was on phone and didn¿t speak to me. I¿m room, curtains stained, ottoman falling apart, refrigerator door handle broken off, spatters on closet doo

Large attractive suite.

I had a problem with my bill. Twice I have asked the manager, Eddie, to call me back to discuss the problem. He has not called me back.

Hotel overall was clean and accommodating! Staff was friendly and breakfast was great. The kitchenette was a plus and beds were comfy.

Our room was overall very clean and the kitchen made our stay with three kids very convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The only complaints that I have (and these are minor) are that when we arrived the dishes in the dishwasher were dirty and the fan in our bathroom did not work.

We have stayed here many times and feel comfortable in it. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

I was a little disappointed in the room/bathroom, as there was trash in the dresser drawer and stuffed onto the top of the fire alarm in the bathroom.

Hotel was very nice and updated. Made it feel fancy and well taken care of. Our room exceeded our expectations and was great! Very large and accommodating space. Wasn¿t too busy and felt cozy! The breakfast was yummy and had good options for all!

Sad that the pool heater was broken and we didn¿t get to swim-even though inside pool water was still too cold. Kiddos were bummed about that.

The pool area was nice.

As I prepared to leave,I pulled back the covers on the bed and there were BLOOD STAINS on the sheet!I asked the greeter why the cops were there and she began yelling at me to "mind my own business because if I keep asking dumb questions she'll kick me out

Front desk associate was friendly and helpful. The room was huge and the bed super comfortable. Great hot breakfast included.

I liked the rooms, full size refrigerator and other amenities. I liked that there were two TVs. I liked that breakfast lasted till 10am and the location is so close to other things.

Everything was good but one thing. When I was checking the sheets to make sure everything was good. I saw a strand of hair. I did not make a big deal out of it and I just assumed it was the maid. Other than that, no complaints.

The hotel was close to shopping and restaurants. The room was spacious. My daughters and I had a girl's weekend here. We enjoyed the pool and the great breakfast.

The sleeper sofa wasn't too comfortable. But most sleeper sofas are not comfortable.

The size of the room was great. There were 2 televisions and a full size frig. The breakfast buffet was incredible. Everything was very nice. The next time we are visiting our nephew we will definitely stay here.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was wonderful, and the breakfast was delicious!

Great Staff-offered a list of places to go. Room was huge-Ceiling Fan worked great. Kitchen had everything you could need minus the food. Bathroom was just as big. Breakfast was AMAZING. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone

If I had to be REALLY picky the Wifi was ehhH but not to the point it hindered the overall experience of the Hotel

The breakfast was great. The room was beautiful and the people were all helpful and friendly.

I wish there was one in Minnesota so we could go more often.
