The staff is absolutely wonderful and treats you with kindness and respect and professionalism! The rooms are beautifully furnished and the beds are extremely comfortable.

The Leveque is an absolutely gorgeous hotel. It's close to absolutely everything and has a fantastic restaurant and bar. The shower is great, the staff is wonderful. Free wifi. Has a parking garage. 5 minutes to your room from the Palace Theater.

The mattress is extremely hard and the temp never went below 74, even though I put it on cool and 69. It was suffocatingly hot and I couldn't sleep. I didn't call the front desk because I didn't feel like moving to a different room after the concert.

Luxury. Design. Appeal. Decor. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcomed. Security is top notch and very kind.

Nothing at all

Hotel is gorgeous. Staff is outstanding. Room was beautiful. Able to walk to top notch restaurants and a Broadway show (why we stayed to begin with).

I dinged the otherwise incredible room a little in my score because the water pressure was lousy, there was a little molding peeling from the hallway wall and we couldn¿t get the room quite as cold as we want it, but we like very cold hotel rooms.

Clean, elegant, courteous staff

Smart TV was slow, clunky, and often did not work.

I did like the art deco character of the hotel

I paid quite a bit of money for this room and received a very tiny room with no view except for a dirty window looking at a dirty rooftop The air conditioning did not work we had to change rooms My credit card was mistakenly charged for $221 extra

It was very clean and comfortable.

It¿s in the business part of town so there was not a lot of options in regard to restaurants.

Hotel is in a great location, valet was perfect, and onsite restaurant

The first room had fake lashes on sheets and food crumbs on the other bed. Moved to a different room. When I got into my new room the bathroom had blonde hair in the tub and dry urine splashes on toilet seat. Credit card was charged twice for stay.

It is beautiful.

I don't like having to park valet because I am uncertain about others driving my vehicle and because of COVID. It was $45 or more to park next door, but I didn't quite understand their pricing.

This hotel is a dream and a half. It's like something plucked out of a Wes Anderson movie. the front desk genuinely made us feel welcome. The room was thoughtfully decorated, and the shower! Heaven. Constellations on the ceiling at night? Yes.

The hotel was so wonderful and dreamy. The only two things I could think of to improve would be: there was trash on the floor in the closet, and I wish the windows could open, but being a historic building, I understand why they don't.

The in-room starry sky was pretty cool. The bathroom was by far the best part though. Wonderful shower.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Great staff, CHECK Clean, CHECK Quiet, CHECK The hotel has a great vibe as well.

Excellent room, excellent restaurant, impeccable service from the staff.

The parking situation is terrible. $35 for overnight parking without any in-out privilege seems a bit high.

The bathrooms are amazing and the whole room was clean and beautiful.

The beds were not very soft

Parking - although since we stayed in a Sunday night we could park on the street. Also there were protests occurring - it that the hotel could do anything about that.

Parking. Could not use meters. No valet. Kept having to pay for the parking garage when it should’ve been one flat fee since I was a guest at the hotel
