Everything. It was completely disgusting. The sheets, walls and floors were full of stains. The shower was moldy and had blue cleaning powder on the floor. They had one pillow that was dirty and had no pillow case.

Language problem in communication No phone in room Double bed not prepared No towels or washcloths

Paid online that morning, didn't know or realize that there was also a 100$ deposit fee... Ordered a smoking room but apparently the room I got wasn't a smoking room... The "manager" told me to just smoke outside...as I was smoking outside my room...

Cleanliness were missing. Rooms carpet were wet. Bathroom taps were not functional.

Bugs crawling on the walls. Got bed bug bites allover my neck. Heater in room didn't work was given a small space heater. Window a/c unit was still in window so snow was blowing in all night. Place is a wreck

Absolutely disgusting. Stayed in room 208 for 4 days was in town for work. Heater in room didn't work so a tiny space heater was placed. Got bed bugs bites all over my neck and shoulders! Asked staff to remove window A/C unit to help with heat. Never done

Front desk clerk was rude, the room was full of cock roaches and I wound up sleeping in my car.

Infested with cockroaches! When informed staff we were cussed at and told to leave.

Nothing. I can¿t believe they charge regular room rates for a roach infested dump and expect that customers are okay with it. When I asked to cancel my stay to go to another hotel I was told it wasn¿t possible so either we stayed or lost out on $---

The tv was bolted down and did not wor. The refrigerator was hot and there were cockroaches everywhere in the room. The park king lot was literally filled with meth heads and hookers after midnight.

Price, unfortunately you get what you pay for.

Everything. It was run down, in disrepair, falling apart. The outside was filthy and the neighborhood was unsafe. Everything was so bad I didn't stay.

Was met in room 234 with about 20 roaches an nats I had asked to get a different room so they were booked out an couldn't give me one for 1 night an then I proceeded to have to sleep in my car

I have so many bad things to say about this hotel.Firstly staffs are all drug addicted.specially in the night shift They been taking drugs when I was parking my car.room was filthy floor was wet and smelly Mosquito and flies all over the places.Disgusting

this is the word no one Dirty motel i seen in my life. iam traveling since last 30 years in usa , i have never seen this type of motel. all room very dirty ,bed are dirt in room cockroaches , ones again i have not seen this type of dirty hotel

The the rooms were filthy furniture and appliances appear to be those off of a junk pile. And the room was infested with bugs and God knows what else absolutely filthy look like a crime scene I was also overcharged twice by $140 I received 70 of it back b

Although I did eventually receive a $70 refund from the $140 I was overcharged I am still out $70 and the inconvenience of having my money tied up for several days for no reason. After having this is after I paid my reservation in full they made a mistake

The room was not clean. Stuff on the floor. Trash not empty mildew smell.

I liked nothing about the place.

There were cockroaches all over the place. There was no hot water so I couldn¿t take my bath when I got there and when I was leaving¿ The place was a mess!!!

Very clean. Staff somewhat stand-offish and non-Engaging. My room key stopped working the first day and had to be reset. The ¿continental breakfast¿ advertised was not there, no coffee in room, none in lobby. BUT bed slept good, and the place was CLEAN.

Staff could use some training in basic customer engagement. Place needs physical upkeep. Shower needs caulk, furniture / fridge / fixtures are dated and worn. But place is CLEAN, no trash strewn about and clean, clean, clean. So kudos for that.

Location and staff

Trash was everywhere and rooms were not in very good shape and was in a rough part of town. No a 2 star more like a 1 star.

The experience was awful

Everything about hotel is bad the bed, bathroom rug, tv doesn't come on at all
