Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Columbus Polaris

Hot tub was broken and loud air conditioning . many cars were broken into overnight with broken windows. The hotel was very little help. Our was one of the cars . They said it wasn’t the first time it’s happened . Other hotels in Polaris have been hit.

Left item in room. Process to have item returned was painful. Given wrong email address to send UPS label by/to hotel staff. Staff at hotel became rather testy after our repeated contacts, necessitating our contact with corporate. Still have not received

Awesome front desk attendant. Quin was exceptionally helpful.

Hot tip not operating, pool to dirty to even put my feet in!

Location

The first room given to us did not have heat and supplies. When asked at front desk staff told me that room was out of order then they us room which have and supplies. It was inconvenient to change room.

The A/C was obnoxiously loud. Terrible night¿s sleep.

The mattress and pillows. ( these were very good) I did think we would have a microwave. disappointing not to have it.

Would have liked breakfast until 10:00 AM

I returned to my room after requesting cleaning and there were no towels. I went to the front desk at 5pm, 7pm and 8:30 pm and each time I was told by the staff member that towels would be delivered to my room. Needless to say the towels never arrived.

Convenient location, very nice staff, clean hotel.

Clean but the front desk clerk who made mistake on charges. Hope it would return back to me after 7 working days as they said

We stay in hotels often and rarely submit a rating, but this hotel was really exceptional. From the cordial staff, to the overall cleanliness, the extremely comfortable beds, and the pleasant breakfast buffet, we could not have been happier.

The room was easy to get to, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot and had good pressure. The breakfast provided was good and the parking was accessible.

On day 4 of a 5 night stay, people had checked in to my left and across the hall. Children were running up and down the hall, shouting and banging the door until 1 am: I could not sleep. Called the front desk 4 times, I was offered another room at 12:30am

Clean modern room, very clean, well-situated for my needs

There were no problems.

Great location north of Columbus with easy access to the highways and surrounding suburbs. The hotel is clean with very nice small suites furnished with most things you might want or need, lacking only a room safe for valuables. Staff was nice.

Mini fridge, hot breakfast, good parking, quiet, climate control, large sink counter, luggage cart, clean, housekeeping every 3 days or oftener by request

Pitiful TV channels. No sink plug. Only breakfast meat was sausage. Only one bed table for 2 beds. Beds were high off the floor and my back was stiffer than usual in the mornings.

New facility, located along my route, pleasant staff, I was impressed by the senior clerk's patient instruction to a new clerk on how to use the hotel's computer check in system..

The top floor hallway was sweltering. But it was a minor distraction from an otherwise incident free hotel stay.
