Breakfast buffet was acceptable.

There was food left in the refrigerator from the previous guest. TV did not have signal. There were two remotes to operate the TV. The front desk clerk had no idea how to operate the remotes or why there was no signal.

Yes they told me they had working pool but didn't. The workout room was dirty stuffy and hot. The front desk work was mean and rude. I even call i wanted to get a refund

iT WAS VERY CLEAN AND THE STAFF WAS HELPFUL WITH CHECKIN AND PLACES TO GO. BREATFAST WAS GOOD AND THE STAFF WORKING THERE AT THE BUFFET WAS PLEASANT AND SKILLED.

Very clean and room size was great.

They charged me 150 security deposit and I checked out on the 13th and it has not been released yet.

Location to highway was nearby.

Shocked that this property is still under the Hampton brand. Property is pretty worn and the place really needs a makeover. The lady that checked us in wasn?t overly friendly, the staff the next morning could not be more kind and pleasant.

Nothing good about our stay ended up costing us more bc my car was broken into and the staff knows it is a problem don?t warn people when checking in cameras in back parking lot don?t work cops were there 4 days prior for the same thing. Owner is awful.

We checked in on 7/25/24 for 3 nights paid over $---. Carpets were stained, shower was barely room temperature, my car was broken into the first night there owner on site and wouldn?t come speak to us after being asked to. Told to park out back by staff.

The elevator was horrifying and make loud noises . The carpet in the rooms are nasty. We asked for clean towels and didn't get them

This place was terrifying. We pulled in and immediately left without staying.

This hotel was situated across from an abdomen factory covered in graffiti and abandoned store fronts dilapidated and graffitied. There were signs everywhere saying the property is not responsible for stolen belongings or break ins. It felt dangerous.

Staff was incredibly rude and hostile. The manager on duty was aggressive and the front desk staff was not properly trained to do the bare minimum tasks. No apology was offered even after the staff recognized their errors.

Elevator was out and wi-fi was not working. Seems like place is in the middle of renovations. First floor had strong smell or cat urine.

The Wifi did not work. The elevator was broke. They did not come clean room and replace towels after first night. They had satellite TV and was out for most of the first night which was a bigger inconvenience because I had little kids with me.

The room was clean & spacious& quiet! Right off highway 70 & only 3 miles to my son's house. The breakfast was WONDERFUL..cereal, yogurt, bagels, english muffins & reg. muffins, waffles, omlettes, sausage links, fresh fruit, juices coffee & oatmeal!!

The only problem I had was with the shower curtain. It was on a curved bar & even with the magnets at the bottom..I could NOT get that curtain to stay closed...it kept sliding towards the middle so I got some water on the floor. Otherwise all fine!!

Booked a room with King size bed, elevator was not working so I got room on 1st floor. For some reason it is very noisy thru the night on the first floor.

Elevator floor was so sticky that a film was left in my shoes. Handicapped parking spot was not accessible because a truck had taken up half the space for2 days.

I like the Hilton line never had a bad stay up to now.

I showered immediately after check in there was no hot water. I reported this and was told maintenance was repairing it. The next day upon checkout there still was no hot water. No compensation or reimbursement was offered. Extremely dissatisfied.

Staff is friendly.

The elevator sounds like it¿s going to break down at any moment. We had no hot water at all.

The staff was Friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel was hard to access due to road construction and is not in the best area of Columbus, but once inside the hotel, I felt safe.

My family and I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the room. We also liked the hot breakfast that was served and the variety they had.

Not the hotel but getting to it. Maybe because it was midnight when we checked in. It was hard to see the little road that we needed to turn on to get to the front door.

There was food trash in the vents of the AC unit. The shower drained very slowly so I was always standing in a pool of dirty water when I showered. The worst part is that the blankets on both beds in the room smelled like rotten garbage + smelly armpits.
