Hampton Inn & Suites Columbus-Downtown

Loved the water pressure in the shower, clean sheets, and kind staff.

The room we were given was not structured well enough to watch tv from the bed or the couch.

Great location - the convention center is right across the street - it's close to several great places to eat and the North Market is just a few steps away,

The only negative is that there is only valet parking and it's $42 per night which I felt was pricey since there were no other options.

The friendliness of the staff was fantastic.

Is it too bad they do not have self parking, but the valets were very accommodating with allowing you access to your vehicles in the garage

The front desk staff was extremely friendly and professional on all shifts which is very hard to come by these days.

The breakfast food was under cook, the bacon was raw.

The location was absolutely perfect being surrounded by so many great places to visit downtown. The variety of daily breakfast choices was nice, even if they did seem to run out.

Wi-Fi could be better. Very noisy in 5th floor. We could hear people in surrounding rooms. I have stayed before on higher floors and it seemed quiet.

The shower pressure was amazing!

I would have gave this room a 9 or a 10 but our air conditioner did not work correctly thus preventing us from getting a good night sleep.

how much it cost to pay for parking

It was very nice. We liked the complimentary coffee in the lobby. The room was very comfortable. So convenient to the Columbus Convention Center, where we were having our event.

The parking was not available to us until 3:00, so we had to park and pay somewhere else and then move our car later to park in the garage.

Sunday morning there was a greeter at breakfast, good intentions I'm sure,but loud, annoying and too much God stuff, in my opinion.

The whole hotel was clean. The room didn't have that hotel smell that you get at most places. Overall impressed with everything.

The check-in hostess was very kind and friendly. She made my family and I feel right at home right away.

The front desk (He has been there 20 yrs) was the absolute best. Top notch customer service!!!
