Homewood Suites by Hilton Columbus Easton

The parking lot was poorly taken care of. Didn’t seem to care about shoveling sidewalks I was there for two weeks and did not receive maid service once. I ran out of toilet paper and towels and had to ask the maid for more. My trash cans were all full.

Large room, close to everything

Hotel staff told me smash-n-grabs are a regular thing. During our stay, 15+ cars were broken into in 1 night. Unsure HOW it went unnoticed - parking lot has cameras. Hotel?s response was dismissive, even witnessed one staff member mocking upset guests.

Only One elevator worked some of the time So there was a long wait. I had to take the stairs on occasion.

Paid for a room with 2 queen beds and a pullout sofa. Checked in and they said they did not have that room available. Gave us a room with a pullout and when pulling the sofa bed out, the mattress had several blood stains on it. Was gross and unacceptable.

This hotel is clean and convenient.

I love this hotel, but the night I stayed there some guys went through the parking lot and broke the windows out of about 20 vehicles and snatched stuff. Not good.

Location and room size

fitness center had broken down equipment. Only one treadmill seemed to work. Also, breakfast choice per hotel side was confusing at first.

Large suites

At checkout a staff member, approached me to accuse my kids or stealing, disrupting other guests, playing ¿zoomies,¿ and destroying hotel property during the night. My kids were with me in the hotel room all night. She then said it was our gro

Staff was friendly

This is by far the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Clump of hair in the shower, curly hairs when I opened my towel, trash next to the pull out bed, URINE in the trash can by the kitchen area. Food & waffle mix everywhere at breakfast, trash so full

It¿s new

I was given a room with one bed when I paid for two, they did nothing to rectify the situation. I was charged for more than I received, then received dismissive response¿s to my complaint of their errors. Then they charged my account again.

Terrible

Me and family traveled from Cleveland to Columbus for my son football game. We arrived at the hotel at 8 pm when we're told that there was an hour wait which turned into 2 in half hours. Then we were told that they had no room for me and my family because the third party we booked through over booked us then they end up putting us in a 1 bed room until 4:00 pm the next day we had not sheets or covers for pull put no towels for the pool ot was an ocer all bad trip I want my money back.

Someone broke into my vehicle and stole some of my items, and the management basically told me that I was parking at my own risk. After talking to the Columbus police department, they said that there has been a problem at this location for some time. I even asked if I could get a refund for the rest of my stay, and was told no. The manager said that the city does not let them have security in the parking lot. That was BS because I went to Hiton at Easton town center and they had security in the parking lot. Do not stay here if you have an SUV or a pickup truck

it would have been nice to have styrfoam container to take bagel back to the room

The floor below me was loud with screaming, jumping, loud voices of many people, I called the front dest 4 times, the front desk investigated the floor above and below, and finally the partying stopped at midnight

Location

Beds were very uncomfortable. Shower was not working properly and also the air would kick off in middle of night and temperature would get uncomfortable also.

We didn’t get to stay there they rebooked our room to someone else ! Not only our room but the whole lobby of people had no place to stay because they sold our rooms out from under us

Terrible

We could not even stay here because they had no rooms ready at 9pm. Many people waiting in the lobby for a room. They told us it probably wouldn’t even be ready by midnight and that this was going on for over a week.
