Lots of dust throughout the fixtures and cobwebs on window sills. Door would stick and hard to open. Bathroom light was dimmed. Mild in bathtub

Coffee maker in room still had last customers coffee grounds in maker and staff did not inform us about breakfast time.at all..so we missed it..online it said till 10am...did not tell us where pool was or anything..only one trash can in room...2 forks

the staff was kind and professional

My sister hosted and party for our mother in one of the banquet rooms and the hotel had sheets for the table clothes. The sheets were old and it was disgusting. That was very disappointing to see.

Very spacious and clean .Only down side was the toilet was a bit wobbly. Breakfast was so delicious and hot . Overall I would rate this hotel at a 10

Suite style, sm full sized fridge, cook top and a microwave. Separate bedroom, comfortable bedding...ample pillows. TV easy to operate.

Near the airport, planes were able to be heard in the parking lot and lobby, but I didn't notice anything from my room.

I reserved a 2 room suite. We will given a one room suite. The manager acted surprised when I pointed that out. We were comped a second room. very frustrating

The staff were excellent!

Online pictures appeared better than in actuality. The room was dated. The furniture was very worn and the coach was ripped. The room smelled quite musty.

The hotel paid for an Uber to/from the airport, and we left our cars at the hotel for free for the week during our trip, saving a lot of money on airport parking. The staff were polite and helpful. The sheets appeared clean, unlike nearly everything else.

The rooms were very dirty. The tile portion of the floors were sticky. The carpet was gross, with food crumbs, hair, and even a large white bottle cap on the floor between beds. The beds had food crumbs around the headboard. The comforters were stained.

The room setup and space

The rooms need to be updated especially the bath area. The cleanliness of the bathroom was poor. The tub and toilet were badly stained, The pillows were dark and dingy with numerous stains on them/

The only thing that we liked about this hotel was the location. It certainly was not up to the Hilton standards! We for sure will not ever stay there again and we will be wary of staying at any other Homewood suites by Hilton again.

So many things that we were not happy about. The window and the top of a chair was smeared with food, there was a dirty washrag on showerhead, Bad lighting and no fan in bathroom, bathroom faucet was broke, stains inside toilet, etc¿

Location, size, of suite

I arrived @ approx 9pm--noone @ the desk, waited 3 minutes to get buzzed in. *stain on the sofa; *light covers dirty; *stainless steel appliances wdirty on the outside; *bathtub was dirt stained; *two bed pillows saliva stained

Location was central to where I needed to be.

The staff was rude, mainly the girl that checked us in overnight. The facility was run down and absolutely filthy. There was literally ants in the bed. The blanket was maybe a Queen or full size for a king bed which was very hard to share for 2 people.

The staff was friendly. Where the hotel is located it only takes you 10 minutes to get anywhere in Columbus.

There were dirty towels left in the bathroom and the ceiling fan above the bed was filthy.

Yes. Bedding was a dingy color. Shower pressure was extremely low and the water was cold. Informed staff and they stated that next year they are getting different boilers so next time when we visit in the future the water will be hotter

The room was so spacious. Felt like home. I could. We ate dinner. We sat and watched TV. Then we went to bed. Comfy bed. Great shower. Woke up and ate delicious breakfast. Loved it!!

Room was clean and comfortable, staff was very courteous and accommodating, food was good, nice pool

fruit salad one morning wasn't fresh, pillows were pretty flat, broken treadmill in fitness room, no hot tub.

Clean, friendly, convenient

The rooms were large and very clean. The staff was courteous and very helpful. The eggs were delicious!! Overall, very satisfied with our stay.

The only thing I would change are the pillows. Just a little flat for my taste. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay.

Great location by the airport. Good restaurants are a good 10 minutes drive north. My room was quiet on the second floor. Friendly staff. Great beds.

Breakfast seemed very minimal. Wifi kept disconnecting on me.

It was close to where we needed to be. The free breakfast was nice.

The extra blankets had holes in them. The room wasn't as clean as it should have been.
