Staff great, clean and affordable.

Refrigerator was not working, tub did not drain properly

There are health and safety issues at the hotel. The bed sheets had not been changed. The door would not lock properly, and the desk agent minimized my concerns. Then there are many more issues; the other reviews with complaints are accurate.

Our room had a stale smoke smell, the shower curtain was torn the entire way on top & there was mold in the caulking in the tub. The breakfast was decent but not outstanding.

Floor were not cleaned. Towels had visible dirt/debris on them. Bathroom looked like it was in the middle of being remodeled with plaster on the ceilings.

Breakfast was NOT stocked well. We were there 40 minutes before ending time so there wasn?t a good excuse for the amount of food missing.

The worker was nice and understandable

I paid for the whirlpool room and they don't even have whirlpool rooms to offer so I didn't get what I paid for

It basically met my expectations. My room was fine -- bed was comfy, the HVAC unit was relatively quiet, etc -- no issues.

The location was in an industrial area. Note that the only "restaurant" within walking distance is Waffle House.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and polite. Breakfast bar kept up, hot things hot and cold things cold.

Extremely worn areas on the property. Our bathroom had an 8' section of wall missing. Desk drawer gone and trim stripped off.

Nice hotel and easy to find

Near the CSX tracks depot but not a big factor ,not noisy at all.

I get it wasn?t the highest rated hotel, It?s expensive to update. This thing is pretty clean but looks like a worn out 1990s decore.

Selected for the location. Room served us well... Breakfast was perfect for our needs.

Beds in nearly all hotels these days are TOO darn high. This unit was a mobility king room. Safety features were fine but the older get grow the shorter we become... tall beds difficult to get in.

Nice clean place to stay. Staff was friendly. Good breakfast.

The bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean

The hallway smelled like a bathroom, the hallway was hot, the door to the room and the bathroom kept sticking. There were also holes in the sheets.

Please remove this location from all PL deals! I did not feel safe and I am concerned for other families that may get sent to this location. There were security notices all over and my door appeared to be busted. Fearing it would not lock I did not stay!

Breakfast was free and the room was large.

The staff was unfriendly at times depending on the time of day. The room key kept getting deactivated so I had to get a new key each day.

Very clean, very comfortable, spacious room

Free breakfast. The waffles were good.

Black mold around bathroom tub and hole in the bathroom door. Heater was very loud and made clicking sounds. Hotel was located near motel,and there was a gentleman standing outside no shoes walking back and fort.

Easy to find, close to where I needed to be

Location, breakfast included was not up to par with hotel breakfasts. I did not like that no ¿do not disturb¿ sign was able to be used during my stay, as I do not like staff coming in to clean when I have valuables in there.

This place is a dump. Terrible neighborhood. Large piece of concrete curbing in the middle ove 0-star hotel within yards of the place. Renovations taking place so the place was noisy and dirty. Rooms smelled of disinfectant. Awful. Just awful.
