The location was ideal for our stay and the staff was friendly.

The parking lot was in the back so you had to walk around the building to the front door, the carpets were worn and stained throughout the building, the bed and pillows were uncomfortable and thin, there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Had to ask for towels for the pool almost every single day of my visit. Last day the breakfast was not cooked properly as frozen eggs put into breakfast sandwiches, juice machine not working, no 2% milk after the first day there.

I was staying with my family because it was close to the surgical center I had to go to the next morning. The room was just spotless and clean. The location was great for me. The bed and pillows were so soft.

The bathroom door was broken but it did not bother me.

The breakfast was lack luster and our king bedroom was only a queen bed size! When traveling with a newborn and toddler plus 2 adults- a king is a must- mom and dad did not get any rest unfortunately.

The elevators had a strong odor of pet urine. It was so strong it would make you gag. We were in the 3rd floor and had to take the stairs.

I like the location of the hotel and that the hotel is pet friendly the best.

I did not like some cleanliness and maintenance issues. The sink cabinet doors were misaligned and wouldn't close completely, and that's were the trash can is located. There was mildew/mold around the shower doors' frame, at the bottom only.

YES, THE ROOM WAS NASTY WE STAYED TWO NIGHT'S HAD ROOM SERVICE LEFT US SAME SOAP NO NEW TOWLES. THE FRONT DESK PEOPLE ALWAYS SLEEPING IN BACK TAKES THEM 4 MINS TO GREET US...I WILL NEVER COME BACK

2 staff members that I needed help from was rude and unhelpful. Would not stay again. I would stay because of the nice rooms but the staff has made me not want to return.

This hotel was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and new. I think this hotel is more then a 2 1/2 star rating.

The complementary breakfast left a lot to be desired And an awful lot of road noise could be heard at night making it hard to sleep. And the mattress was a bit on the hard side

Everything was clean. Front desk was friendly and personable.

Our heater made a loud, high pitched nose all night.

The staff was friendly and the location was very clean.

I would have given them a higher score but the breakfast left a lot to be desired. The breads were stale and hard. The coffee weak and lukewarm. The OJ must have needed stirring because it came out like orange water. If aren’t eating breakfast this was a great place to stay.

The room was great, staff were absolutely wonderful. One perk about this place is when you check out if you leave them a review on google you do get a complementary drink and snack. Very pet friendly! They have a great area to walk your four legged friend!

You have to pay an extra $250 fee when you check in and the room was not the cleanest
