Had to go buy towels..white towels not so white

There was nothing the hotel had no running water in the room. Requested non smoking have smoking room. Cigarette burns in the pillows, bed and blankets. Infested with flies. When told about the issues did nothing. Left and was refused a refund.

Read above horrible place. Should be ashamed to have it on your website.

I had to stay at this motel because it was close to my work although I live in town I was having issues with my vehicle and I had no way to be to work at 4:00 in the morning so I chose to stay at the motel that way I can easily walk to and from work.

Honestly the only problem that I had was that I personally I think it's overpriced for the area that it's in. There are other motels around here that have a lesser rate. But this was most convenient for me.

Clean Room, Nice Big Bed. Extra Pillows. Quiet Location. A Place To Eat On The Parking Lot.

Heater constantly running (loud) with no control of thermometer.

There was mold in the refrigerator the bath tub dirty a dead cock roach in the bathroom floor and mold on the bathroom ceiling. Had to wait 15 mins for someone to check us in and again had to wait 15 20 mins to wait to check out because no one was there

The room was clean the room was nice looking but the service

Wow just got out of town it was 4 o'clock in the morning I wanted to get some rest they told me I couldn't check in until 2 o'clock p.m. and I have to check out at 11 o'clock I didn't like that

The room I booked wasn't available only other king size they had was with the jacuzzi had to pay the difference. Ended up costing as much as a nice hotel down town would have costed.

The cleaners stole from me while I was at work. So they went into my room mind you they didn't even clean when they went in there but they went in my room and stole some items from me. Told staff and they did nothing about it no free night nothing.

The room smells like smoke the jacuzzi counter and bathroom were dirty. I had to clean all of them before taking shower and bath a and brushing teeth

There was no breakfast, and the coffee machine did not work; the refrigerator froze everything, no matter how low you turned it

Old out dated decor and carpet. Bathrooms need updated and the room needs scrubbed down.

The staff was really nice and polite. The location is right off the interstate and close to stores. Also liked the fact you had an option of smoking or non-smoking.

The beds was a little uncomfortable.

They don't clean behind beds it look like somebody had already stayed in there before us and really dididn'clean they're kind of rude too
