Baymont Inn and Suites by Wyndham Columbus / Near OSU

The location was good. It was close to my destination

The window was broken and wouldn’t close all the way. The shower didn’t have a shower curtain and the sink handle came off in my hand. The smoke detector was hanging off the wall The flooring bubbled in some places There was so much wrong I’m sure I am missing things

Roaches everywhere dirty everything no towels microwave was missing pieces some of the wall sockets didn't work internet was terrible which makes the TV cut in and out

Some staff members were friendly and helpful. The fridge worked.

The pool was closed the entire stay. Website should have said when asked. Tv needed fixed. The microwave was broken. The side of the bed was broken. There was trash behind the bed. No water pressure. The elevator smelled like urine. Garbage all over.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room didn’t have a remote for the TV and I asked for one and I got it. Also my pillow cases were dirty and they give me clean pillow cases to change.

Hallway to the rooms are very dirty, all the entrance doors are broken so it isn’t really secure, there was a lot of people outside having a bbq party and kids running everywhere, Dirty pillow cases and only a sheet and a thin comforter with cigarette burns on the comforter, uneven floor, no hot water I can’t believe that Hawthorne Suites has endorsed this place it really isn’t up to their standards. I picked this hotel due to the name and I will not make that mistake again!

Great location right off the interstate. In fact you may miss the turn. Friendly staff. Room was mostly clean except bathroom. Good location. Not many restaurants nearby.

The bathroom was not very clean. There were marks in the bathtub and what looked like rust marks on the flooring. Worse, when I took a shower, the bathmat looked like it had not been washed and had grey and black stains.

Location was pretty good. The price was ok.

Room wasn't clean. They don't keep cups in room for water or ice. I didn't receive any towel in the room and the phone didn't work.

What do I like best about this hotel? Was the price that is it !! ITS really not worth $85.

Well, I can write a book of what I didn¿t like about the hotel. The trash dumpster is overflowing. Misplaced customers paperwork. There was bedbugs. The stairs were falling apart. This place is just a disaster.
