- The staff were so friendly and attentive!
- The receptionist was phenomenal. There was an issue with the room and she jumped right on it. Thank you! Very nice receptionist. Great attitude. Connects well with guests.
- The room and the breakfast choices were great!
Cons -
- The cleanliness is a problem. I saw what looked like blood on the elevator floor. The first room I had didn't look as clean as it should have. Also the kitchen staff lady seemed like she had an attitude and was very short with guests.

- Check in person was inept not knowing her job. The ceilings were thin. I heard every footstep of the stomping upstairs
