The room was clean
We requested early checkin because we were part of a wedding block and were unable to checkin until AFTER the wedding dinner around 7pm. The grooms family didn’t have a room either and all had to get ready in his room. I had to get ready in their locker rooms.

Cleanliness , peaceful , the accommodations. The fact that it's next to entertainment. The restaurant food was great. Staff was very polite and helpful. The rood top bar is an experience and I loved it
For the amount of money and person spends at this hotel they should have to pay for the well over charged parking that is charged daily and then have to walk across a very busy street with luggage. The valet provided is very expensive too even more than the self parking. $45 a day to park is wild to me.

The hotel looked great and was in a great location.
TV didn't work, mini fridges are locked due to covid....since covid hides in fridges. Old blood or chocolate on bed sheets. And a pair of boots left in a closet of our room. Not what you would expect from one of the most expensive hotels in Cleveland.

I normally don't do many reviews, but this hotel truly deserves 5 Stars!! Great atmosphere from the moment you enter the building. Excellent staff & service! Excellent room! Loved everything!

Great hotel! Great location! .
Only suggestion, soften the sheets. They are so rough, they gave both my husband and myself rashes.
