Hyatt Place Cleveland Lyndhurst

All Staff was very polite (Reception, housekeeping, breakfast staff). Clean rooms and facilities.

Bed uncomfortable and the bedding was Loyd when moving around in bed. Noise control on the floors. People above and on the same floor making way to much noise after midnight.

Nice easy free parking. Good location

Very nice hotel, spacious rooms, nice location.

Good ambience, clean, and good-sized rooms. Breakfast was also good with variety.

The location is great!

1. It is noisy like a construction site. Doors slammed closed nonstop from 5:00am. 2. Coffee is purely water. Staff is notified but it takes longtime. The coffee was refilled after I am down with breakfast. 3. Comforters and sheets smell stinky. 4. The room smells really bad. Not cigarettes but the smell of non cleaning room and sheets.

Great location, accessible to food & shopping.

Walls are super thin! We were up all night with people next door who were talking loud & using colorful language. So much so I had to call front desk at 1A to report & they sent someone up to ask them to quiet down… didn’t really help.

Comfort rooms. Good location next to stores and restaurants. Hotel is clean.

Very formal. We face difficulties with our simple request for a late checkout out although we stayed there 11 nights. But eventually with the intervention of the manager, after many hours of waiting, for an answer it worked out
