SpringHill Suites by Marriott Cincinnati Midtown

The fact that 6 cars got their windows smashed out at 4 am and we were not notified by the staff. There was supposed security on the premises and he got distracted. We were also told by staff that this occurred 3-4 weeks ago to other vehicles.

Nice people and decent location

The pool was foggy and dirty so we didn’t swim. There was a crazy person yelling outside of our room in the parking lot for like an hour at 5am

Room was quiet and designed nice. Very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Lobby area was large and welcoming.

Pay to park in their own parking lot! Why? Seemed to be a money grab.

Close to shopping

The lady that takes care of the breakfast, both mornings was very rude. 1st day very very rude to my husband..2 day very rude to the couple in front of us making a plate.

Convenient to my destination as well as the Art Museum and Ballet, didn't notice any traffic noise thought it's just off I-71. Friendly staff

Clean room and premises. Friendly helpful staff.

The staff was amazing and surprisingly the pool wasn't ice cold and the area was warm. Definitely had an amazing swim. Room was very clean.

Fantastic location

Despite a hangtag on door, maid knocked at 10:30. I was considering extending my stay but that booted me out. Plus room had 2 lights out.

The room was dusty. Someone else's sock was left in plain sight between a bed and the middle table. Baseboard area in bathroom was dirty.

The staff that night were very nice and kind.

BED BUGS! Bites were confirmed by Dr. Hotel was told, they are waiting 2 days to call exterminator. Pool was over chlorinated and lacked ventilation needed due to the amount of chlorine. Water was not clear.

It was close to everything. Didn't take much time to get where you're going.

Cleaning staff was rude and talked loudly infront of customers about very inappropriate stuff. Also breakfast selection is very poor.

Location was great. Easy parking. Friendly staff. Room was very clean and comfortable.

I felt like my room was a bit dark. Could have used another lamp.

Rooms were great, the breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.

The AC unit in the room made a bellowing sound, similar to the sound experienced when driving in your car with 1 window slightly cracked.

They charged me $290.00 for room damage that has not happen. They say its for just in case but will be reimbursed. I fill that is a bit much.

The breakfast was not good it was just a bag with a banana, muffin, water and a granola bar nothing hot or cereal.

three lights were burned out and the bathroon sink did not drain well.

We were very disappointed in the continental breakfast. The TV in our room did not work. There was not enough toilet paper provided to our room and someone left a used and dirty bar of soap in the shower.
