Hilton Garden Inn Cincinnati Midtown

Cleaning service was nonexistent! Requested room to be cleaned several times only to returned to an uncleaned room on the duration of stay (7 days).

Clean, free parking, kind and helpful staff.

No free breakfast, very small pool with no hot tub, window blinds and lamp in room were broken. $5 for a bottled water and $4 for a bag of m&m from the hotel snack area seemed a little extreme.

The staff was very friendly to my dog. They gave treats to her I booked another night rather than go to Louisville before going home. Another guest told me they always stay at the hotel because the staff is so nice.

Only that I did not have a list of the channels for the TV. I have had that at other places. It makes it really nice to have the list on the nightstand.

Very clean rooms with friendly staff. Easy parking and close to many attractions.

There was no complimentary breakfast.

The hotel room was clean, quiet, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Employees we interacted with were very friendly and helpful.

There was a rotten egg smell coming from the bathroom sink and also a smell of cigarette smoke one of the two nights.

It could use a little maintenance, a/c wasn't cool enough, toilet seat loose, the toilet paper holder was mounted right next to the seat, and the hair blow dryer was an antique!

The staff was very pleasant and the hotel/pool/rooms/halls were very clean.

The pool was very cold (we only choose to stay here because we had kids and they wanted to swim, this was close to our location of interest). The pool room was also cold. We could not adjust our room temp, it was cold. There was a charge for wifi.

I was charged a second time for my stay, even though the trip was paid for in advance.

Very clean staff is amazing very professional friendly excited to work treats guest with so much respect. Highly reccomend this hotel to anyone. Great location ample parking rooms exceeded my expectations price is unbeatable.

No free breakfast but that's not even an issue the hotel itself makes up for it. There's nothing i really didn't like except for having to leave and go home.

Signage leading to entrance could have been better. Front desk attendant was "Matter of factual" not friendly. Not rude, but not friendly.

The location and cleanliness were great

The one window in our room faced the rooftop air conditioner/utilities. You really couldn’t see anything else.

We’ve stay at this hotel several times. Love the hotel location, cleanliness of hotel, food and chef on shift and front desk staff always helpful, polite and courteous. Other surrounding restaurants etc. within distance.

Indoor pool which was actually open despite COVID-19. And list of restaurants that delivered provided at check-in.

The shower with the control on one end and the shower head on the opposite side was great.

The rooms with even numbers face I-71 and therefore a lot of vehicular noise.

The hotel was very clean and up to date

I booked two rooms that were to have 2 queen beds. At check in one room had a King! Breakfast was not included in the price. The shower in one of the rooms was clogged, so we stood in ankle deep water!

Proximity to Xavier. Front staff was very nice.

Checkin was a bit messy. All of my information was wrong.

The staff was super friendly, the hotel was ideal! We had a great experience, will definitley stay there again!
