Was clean and polite, stayed for hospital visit

Toilet in first room did not work properly. We had to move to a second room. Bathroom basin stopper in second room did not drain properly. Desk chair has no lumbar support, not really well suited for doing work.

Elevators didn?t work most of the time and smelled like vomit. Shower had three controls and spouts and only scalding water came out. Could not get cold water in the sink. False fire alarm went out and we had to go outside for 15 minutes at 800 at night.

Cleanliness of room & Hotel. Great Location. High end shopping Mall across the street and many strip malls.

The location of the hotel worked for our family and the size of the room was perfect.

The staff was not available in the evening. I attempted to get a drink from the pantry red waiting for more than 10 mins I put it back and went on my way.

It was clean and quiet. The breakfast was more than I expected.

Everything I needed was in the room. I didn have to ask for extra towels or clean sheets. The continental breakfast was wonderful. The hotel was clean, and smelled fresh, and I felt secure in the hotel, and I felt safe leaving my car in the parking lot.

The room was very quiet, especially when sleeping. The hotel was clean in the lobby and in the room. He included breakfast was very good also. We liked the location and access to various food and shopping. I would definitely stay there again.

It¿s minor, but the only thing that could be better was the bathroom door. The ¿barn¿ door does not offer much privacy, which is important especially if you are a parent staying with children.

The cleanliness and staff. When we walked into the room it smelled clean. As if they cleaned with Clorox. It was too strong, because I don¿t particularly care for the smell of bleach, but it was enough to let you know that it¿s been cleaned. Wonderful!

Breakfast is always a plus. Free WiFi is also a big plus. Hampton Inns have a good reputation, which is usually a decision maker when booking our hotels.

Our bathroom could have been cleaner; however, I am particularly fussy for cleanliness.
