Very friendly staff, very cool building, clean, conveniently located

The actually hotel noise was great but being downtown in a bigger city on a weekend you can def hear late night traffic, sirens etc

The air conditioning wasn¿t sufficient, we turned it down low and it still never cooled off in the room. We had the blinds closed all day and still warm.

The hotel is located in a great location for anyone visiting for the Bengals or Reds game and enjoying downtown as well. The valet service was convenient. The hotel and rooms have a beautiful and updated ascetic.

They do not have call ahead service for valet, so you have to wait awhile to get your car. I stayed on the 6th floor and there was a slight odor of dampness in the hallway.

The hotel was very modern and clean. The room was spacious and very comfortable. If you are heading to a Reds game or want a great breakfast spot, the location is perfect.

Valet misplaced our keys and made a little intense moment. For $45 a night to park, that just can¿t happen. Room needs some touch ups. Scratches and paint marks everywhere. Tile in shower was busted. For a premium hotel, small details are everything.

Central location. Parking garage close. Staff was friendly but seemed overwhelmed on Friday and Saturday afternoon.

There was a large damaged area on the wall. Very visible. Air would not adjust. Blew warm air when it was 78 degrees outside. Not comfortable. Staff seemed rushed with both my inquiries including my check in. Shower door and mirror both had water spots.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean. The workout room is large. I'd definitely stay there again.

We had breakfast in the restaurant the morning of departure. I was shocked at the prices! Cereal was $18! it included toast so i probably shouldn't whine lol

Clean & modern inside with some historic touches, a very nice hotel with quality bed & sheets. Walkable to all downtown, near stadiums & offices. Able to walk to bars & restaurants easily. Really enjoyed the stay. Wifi was solid.

The parking arrangement could be quicker; We had to utilize a different hotel's parking garage because the Renaissance's was backed up with so many cars.

The room was not ready when we checked in. They have charged my card an additional 350.00 for no apparent reason that they can determine.

I liked the location. Beautiful rooms and friendly staff. I think something that goes overlooked is there are plenty of elevators and your not waiting forever to go up and down.

Got to the room and had barely enough toilet paper to go to the bathroom. Took a shower and the glass panel wasn't sealed at the bottom and leaked water all over the bathroom floor. Significant layer of dust all over the desk and dresser. Not impressed.
