SpringHill Suites Cincinnati North/Forest Park

Our room had ants in the bed and on the floor and on the air conditioning unit. Not good.

The room was clean and the beds comfortable.

It smelled of weed slightly yet on check out day it was so bad I was gagging. The door to the bathroom let's all the light in, so not great if you having sleeping children in the room and you need to use it. The curtains also let a lot of light in.

Most of the staff are very kind and helpful, the location is walking distance to several restaurants,the breakfasts is always very good and for the most part the rooms are always clean besides the bathroom yest .

Their was black hairs left in my shower and I am a blonde. I stay here on a regular and was moved out of my room yesterday bec I was told someone with disability needed it but I AM also disabled. So that definitely made me very upset where I don't like it

Very nice suite at king bedroom price! By far the most comfortable bed I've slept in!

It was in a convenient location and not as loud as I expected for a hotel right next to the highway.

The elevators have chunks of wall missing & are rickety. The hall carpets are stained, and the floors and walls all show evidence of extreme wear and tear.

Rooms was sold to me and they were sold out I still haven¿t received my money a week later !!!

Very friendly and helpful staff, convenient location, easy parking, nice sitting area in guest room with couch/coffee table/fridge, very comfortable bed, sparkling clean throughout.

Frosted glass-paneled sliding door between bedroom and bathroom isn¿t ideal for room-sharing.

Location and staff were excellent

The room needed cleaned. The love seat had white stuff on the cushions that should've been cleaned beforeanyonerented the room. The bedside tables hadn't been cleaned off, they had cup rings and film on them. The basics such as clean bed linens were done

Clean and plenty of sleeping with the pull out couch - perfect for our kiddos.

I had not a good experience. The running water in the room was not hot, I also didn¿t receive the keys at the time of the checkin. We couldn¿t plan going out and lock the door and rely on the staff to open the door everytime. The next day we received ke

Despite its age, the rooms and facilities have been kept up nicely.

Checkin was a little slow. Also, when I had a question about the wifi, there was kind of a deer in the headlights reaction. I was even referred to the guy who fixes the HVAC and other things like that.
