The location, the view and the rooftop bar.

One of the servers/waitresses at the rooftop bar was pretty hateful, aside from that, everyone was very nice.

Location, especially if you're going to a game; but I liked the location along the riverfront and the views from the room and the rooftop lounge.

The decor was depressing, absolutely no personality, everything is brown and white, nothing personal or charming or stylish just blank.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The walls are very thin. I could hear everything outside and in the room above me.

The location is fantastic. The room was very nice. We used the valet and bell service. Both were great.

The heavily stained carpet in the hallways looks like a Spring Break Episode of Dateline. The shower & soap needs cleaned / improvement.

The friendly staff and comfy bed. The shower was nice with two shower heads for both husband and I.

I did t like the upper bar was closed. Was confused how breakfast worked.

This location was the best. We went to go see Steely Dan so we had to drive a little bit to get to the venue but being next to the red stadium was amazing

The only thing that I did not like about this day which really sounds silly is that I couldn't stay longer

Location! Right across from the Reds Stadium and around the corner from an outdoor drinking area that is away from cars. Loved it!

Location is great. Across the street from GABP entrance, on the riverfront, etc.

Parking; valet was only option. Breakfast is misleading; the continental breakfast turns out to be $19 per person...

The hotel was clean, modern and the staff were friendly and accomodating.

There was a lot of noise from the street (sidewalk).

The room needed a little bit of attention. The wallpaper was separating from the wall a bit and the safe was broken. Also, some surfaces could have been cleaned a little better.

Our room wasn't ready until 90 minutes after our check-in time; the hotel was also VERY loud until about 4am.

Convenient to venues and restaurants. Quiet, clean rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Front staff were very accommodating and very knowledgeable. The view from the room was amazing

Came for recommendation of the roof top deck. However it was closed. Very disappointing.

Still new looking and modern, clean rooms smelt great, location was perfect for a downtown visit.

Expensive parking like all downtown hotels. No comp breakfast or drinks.
