No cover shade for large window facing parking lot on first floor leaving parking lot lights and viewing into the room.

The elevator was not working, the room did not smell very good and no room service to do the beds and change the towels.

Location and friendly staff.

TV service was very very bad.TV in breakfast area needs to be replaced. Sound all garbled and no good TV service anywhere in hotel. No cold water. Water was all warm or hot.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast attendant went out of her way to make sure that we were taken care of and that my son had everything he wanted and needed.

There was a lot of noise from other guest and we were placed in the room that backs up to the elevator so it was really difficult to sleep because it was so loud in the room.

I did my check in quickly

The air conditioning was off when I enter to the room so the room was very hot all day

The AC in our room did not work, and it was 90 degrees outside . Also, we booked a king suite and when we arrived we were put in a room that had two queen beds.The room reeked of stale smoke smell. The lamp shade had a stain that looked like blood on it.

Room was clean and comfortable. Large selection of channels on TV.

Hot breakfast was very carb centric. The first day the only protein was some kind of fake egg bite. The second day, they had sausage. There was not any peanut butter or cream cheese to put on the breads and waffles to add a little protein.

I stay here for bussiness every month location is great and staff cleanliness are awesome!

EVERYTHING! Food was gross stale cereal water down waffle mix stale bread nothing like most comfort suites. elevator kept breaking down bath tub was broke in 2 rooms. bedding was not clean in one room the hotel was smoldering hot the pool had no chlorine

Cleaning staff knock the door around 9:30 am asking to clean the room.

Exceptionally clean room. Great breakfast which included protein choices like eggs and sausage. Many other breakfast choices as well including fresh fruit. Would definitely say here again

Location not too bad

The housekeeper entered my room 20 minutes before checkout. The girl refused to make it right. I wouldn¿t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy

The location was great!!

The room was dirty and did not seem clean. Carpet and walls were stained. There was a big hole in the wall. There was trash on the floor from previous people

Loud guests in nearby rooms well into the night! Walls have no sound insulation at all. Sounded like they were carrying on in my own room. Staff did little to stop the problem when requested.

Clean, strait forward, decent breakfast, great value.

Nothing bad. There was a minor maintenance issue which didn't affect our comfort which was handled to our satisfaction.

The toilet was dirty and didn't flush well.
