Friendly and attentive staff very clean and close to may areas to enjoy the city

I like the desk clerk from Jamaica who went way out of her way to help me with the parking ins and outs. She was friendly and patient. I also liked the demeanor of the woman who took care of putting breakfast out.

Yes. I though that breakfast was singularly disappointing. If you serve yogurt, why not serve real yogurt instead of that awful fake stuff? The toaster was very slow. The quality of the bagels and English muffins was substandard.

Clean, quiet room. HVAC unit worked well, ability for fan to stay on at all times.

The shower was fantastic, the night manager was super friendly

Location was nice being close to downtown cicncy.

They apparently have late check outs for their preferred members but let them go until 3-4 pm when people are trying to check in. Had to wait about 2 1/2 hrs for a room because they had multiple late check outs. Policy needs to be changed.

We were forced to stay there for a baseball tournament and the location was within walking distance to field. There is a lot of places to eat and shop around hotel.

Very Poor set up for charging phones, good hotels today have installed usb outlets for multiple devices, this hotel had none. The parking is an additional expense.

The attached parking lot had terrible reviews because of break ins which stressed me out. Our car was not broken into though while we were there.

Front desk staff worked sooooo slow, and didn't recognize my Bonvoy Platinum Status. The room was dark and dated. Breakfast needs serious updating and better.

I thought they would have bacon or sausage to go with the scrambled eggs at the breakfast buffet.

Front desk staff were courteous and informative, check in and out was easy and hassle free. The room was clean, quiet and bery comfortable! Free wifi and complementary breakfast were much appreciated.

The room was fairly modern with nice big comfortable queen beds and updated bathrooms and nice TV. Had a nice desk and table area, it was perfect for our family of 4.

The housekeeping service was good, but the one time we did ask for daily cleaning we did not get any service. We did not get any daily garbage pickup or daily supply replenishment. We had to ask for every missing item.

I'm always looking for a hotel with free breakfast because this can get expensive for a family of 4. The hotel had a decent one - at least enough to get us going each morning. They were very good about cleaning the tables too.

The noisy street it sits on - because of its proximity to campus (I presume)...there are cars racing down the street at all hours of the night.

Location was great but the music/bass from cars was so loud all night long we all had a restless nights sleep. I even had ear plugs in (I suggest requesting an inner room). Other than that, it was great. Super clean and friendly staff. Good breakfast.

I loved how the staff was so polite and professional. I also liked all the stores and shopping you can do and the fact you could just walk to a restaurant and bar. The free breakfast was decent as well.

The pool was small and water was dirty looking. I did not like that there was no free parking, I mean for a 2 start hotel it was already expensive enough. Our view wasn¿t great either, we were facing the neighborhood side which was run down.

I like the location because it's right by UC campus and it's a quick uber ride to downtown attractions.

Unfortunately our room was facing the alleyway so we had to wake up to the sound of the dumpster being emptied in the morning. Also the room was not properly cleaned, both hair and tooth paste were in the bathroom AND a tool set from construction workers.

The windows seemed like they were not insulated at all because it was pretty chilly on the outside wall of the room. Also, the traffic noise was not muted at all. We felt like we were sleeping on the sidewalk.. it was very loud
