Clean and staff pleasant

That I only booked one night lol.

Staff, breakfast,location,parking. Room layout is great.

Bed. Was a bit to firm but that's a personal preference, not a fault of the location

Rooms are very nice and clean. Great breakfast as well.

The location is far away from the city center, and it's expensive for what it is. The mattress was comfy, but they can improve the pillows.

Super clean all around, friendly staff, plenty of restaurants nearby and other activities.

The AC unit made a weird ticking noise every time the air kicked on loud enough to keep us up at night. And we kept finding little black hairs all over the bathroom and a couple on the sheets. So definitely could’ve been cleaner but wasn’t horrible.

Huge rooms and great location, very comfortable

Housekeeping skipped my room - but since there were two beds and plenty of towels, it was no big deal.

The location was handy,there was serval thing around to eat or entertainment to pick from

The toaster in the kitchen, 2 of my 4 night there set the fire alarm off in the building, which has a very loud alarm to wake up twice. The elevator are also down until the fire department shows up to reset them. We asked staff about this, and they laughed and told us it happens every week. What a waste of time for our firefighters. The staff doesn't require you to have clothes on when you go into the kitchen area to pick your food out. We didn't bother eating the last 2 mornings. The site just turned my stomach,I had hi hopes for the hotel to return too, but I don't believe we will be back.

The facilities were very comfortable. Needed a safe place to park for the night as our car was packed for a college move-in. The area seems pretty safe. The hotel had some nice energy with guests hanging out in relaxing indoor and outdoor areas when we arrived.

I wish breakfast went until 10 am

Absolutely nothing! Oh wait some of the plugs didn’t work in the room! They said they would let someone know!

Spotlessly clean and very friendly. Breakfast options were more than adequate for this type of facility. By far the nicest hotel we've visited in the past year (we travel frequently and experience many sub-par stays). Will definitely return.

Floor wasn't clean

Only one person working breakfast she was great but much needed help

The air condition did not work. The wall thermostat did not turn on the ac unit even though it said the coil was on. It would not go below 76 degrees. Too hot to sleep…

Very clean. Great location, walking distance to shopping, food and drinks.

The breakfast was a little disappointing. Food was cold and definitely not as advertised.

We were shamed by hotel for having used booking.com. Also, I reserved a king room and booking.com changed it to double.

The size of the room was nice.

The room smelled absolutely terrible when we walked in. We found rotten food in the sink disposal and moldy rotten food on dishes in the dishwasher. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, the beds and pillows are very uncomfortable. I couldn’t use the dresser because the drawers rub each other and some wouldn’t close. The couch was also dirty and stained up. I was very unhappy with this hotel. I paid entirely too much money for what I got.

Good quiet, set back location, near restaurants, etc. Hotel is new. Pool was busy with families. Room was big with nice kitchenette.

Although new, the workmanship was lacking (drawers crooked, gaps in flooring, window shade not working). Towels were small. Seemed short staffed - front desk clerk only person we could find to refill coffee urn. Breakfast was basic.

Everything was clean and the staff were nice. Large rooms with full size dish washer and a larger fridge. Spacious!

The breakfast is less than desirable. I opted just for cereal both mornings and come coffee.Also, we stayed multiple nights and were gone from the hotel for 8 hours. Our room was not turned over and no clean towels were left. I had to take my dirty ones to the housekeeping staff who were still cleaning our hall at 7pm to ask for new ones.

The spacious room and lobby . Great location around restaurants ,shopping and grocery stores.

The noise levels at night.

Since it’s a brand new hotel, it’s very modern and sleek. I appreciate the layout and how open the lobby area is. One of our rooms was ready and clean. The second staff member I spoke to in the morning was very polite and informed. Much appreciate the man at the front desk!

One of our rooms was not cleaned when they gave us the key for it, so we walked in on other peoples dirty towels and trash. They gave us a different room. One member of staff was not very helpful when I had questions about the room charges.
