    Pros +

    • Access to campus and the genuine smiles and kindness of the deal staff.
    • Location
    • Breakfast is not free

    Cons -

    • - $40/day to park - using key cards in the elevator - light switches: which ones connected to which lights -- carpeting raised 3/4 of an inch from the vinyl flooring is dangerous to an ankle - barn bathroom door that is difficult to move - no pool
    • The parking was very very expensive! You use valet parking for $40’dollars a day or use the parking garage so expensive hourly! I would have gave my overall experience excellent but the parking hurt my pockets big time!!!
    • I did not like that you had to pay 40 a day for parking and plus there is no free breakfast .

No parking. Had to pay $40 for a valet

    9DawnPosted on: 2-21-2026

It was very clean, modern. The shower was amazing- especially the Molten Brown products! The onsite restaurant was very good as well. Location was right across from UC and parking was available.

    Nothing to complain about

Great location. Clean room. Comfy bed.

The design, the location, and just the overall vibe of the hotel.

No shelves inside the shower to set your items down on.

The breakfast was excellent! One of the best ones we've had in a very long time. We looked forward to it for all days of our stay.

I thought the staff in general was a little...high nosed (sorry I didn't know any other way to put it). Celina Smith at the breakfast was the standout staff member though. She was the most amazing host and treated us like friends. My wife was super happy with the warmth we were given by Celina.

Location and city view .. valet was everything

No pool :( or hot tubs in room

If you’re headed to campus or wanting to partake in the campus life, this is an excellent location.

The parking garage that’s attached is only for valet and the one that’s recommended assigns a parking space which is problematic if you have an oversized car or in my case has to park next to one on your passenger side and the cement pillars on the other..

Location location location! Restaurant is good! Room is clean, quiet and comfortable! Front desk staff upon check in was amazing! Used valet parking and all the folks were friendly and efficient!

Front desk staff upon check out not so personable.

Hotel smell really good and check out was noon. Staff were extremely professional and friendly.

Paying for parking when there was an empty parking hot lot across the street. Hotel wanted us to use valet.

    9JustinPosted on: 1-11-2026

Beautiful and clean rooms! Great facilities. The staff was all friendly and helpful.

The parking situation could be better. The only choices were paying for valet parking or finding a paid parking lot near by. Wish that had been more clear before.

The staff was k I nd and very helpful.

The parking. The price they quote did not include a $40 per day parking fee. It felt scamish

Location, rooftop bar, and great room.

Uncomfortable pillows, thin walls, and expensive parking.

Re the breakfast. The food was B+ with a good selection. The coffee needs help. The room is very nice, open and airy and with a nice view.

The restaurant was terribly organized. I had to wait forever for a menu and then coffee and water and then the meal itself. I finally gave up and walked over to the waiters to get the food myself. to be fair, it was clear that they had just opened.............

We were there just one night, but everything was very nice. Very comfortable beds and the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The room was large and comfortable. The hotel's location was also convenient, as it was relatively close to the Cincinnati Zoo — the main reason for our visit. The restaurant on the first floor (not managed by the hotel) offered a nice option for dinner without needing to leave the building.

We had a pre-paid reservation via Booking.com that included breakfast. The next morning at the café, we were told we needed a coupon to get breakfast, so we went back to the front desk. Unfortunately, the receptionist said there was no record of breakfast included in our booking. When we showed her our Booking confirmation, she dismissed it because it was in Italian, claiming that their system showed otherwise. After some back and forth, I suggested she use an online translator to verify that "Colazione inclusa" means "Breakfast included". Only then, she provided us with coupons — but to our surprise, they didn’t cover the full breakfast, just a $32 credit toward the à la carte menu. What felt most disappointing was being treated with suspicion despite presenting a valid confirmation. The Café itself, located next to reception, was fine but definitely overpriced, and with limited choice. One morning we ordered a double espresso (not listed on the menu) and were charged double the price of a single espresso, which seemed unusual.Housekeeping also needs improvements: coffee capsules were not replenished the next day, and the used cups were left unwashed, so we had to request replacements ourselves. The carpet and floor also did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned. At check-out we had another unpleasant issue. Despite our pre-paid reservation, we were told that Booking.com hadn’t transferred the full amount and were asked to pay an additional $22. When I asked for clarification on the rate in their system, I didn't receive a clear explanation. After some discussion, the receptionist eventually waived the difference, which resolved the situation — but it left us with a poor final impression.

Loved the location, the roof top bar, rooms, it was very quiet. Overall really great, loved it. BUT........

Breakfast was very expensive ( capucino with toast and Jam 18 USD. WOW) . It would have been great to have parking available without having to pay 40 Dollars for it...... (valet). Other than those 2 things, I loved it! Thank you!
