I liked how it was back in the back kind of hidden.

The staff was horrible never once did room service come and bring towels or toilet paper. The checkout time online at 11:59 and they came banging out our door at 11 AM demanding that we leave the room harassing us. It was horrible.

No deposit

Staff is horrible. Roaches and unsanitary.

I paid a $100 cash deposit at check-in, but the hotel refused to return it after checkout just because I was 40 minute late. There was no clear policy about losing the entire deposit for such a small delay. This is unfair and feels like a scam.

Everything. Bathroom tub was dirty, funny smell in the room, people are living there with their children, trash cans filled with corona bottles, no stores to walk to, looks like it hasn?t been upgraded since it?s been established.

Yes online they claim free breakfast. And they had no breakfast whatsoever. The blankets and sheets were very nasty and the towels were stained and dingy yellow.

I had a reservation for 2 nights that came took the towels while I was out and did not replace them didn't change trash or make the bed I had to ask for towels twice and had to ask them to change the trash. They had an attitude about that

The Double Smoking room I thought there was two double beds and there was just the one and it's very outdated and needs new beds

NOTHING about this was good. I left befire my nights were used.

The hotel did NOT look anything like the picture. The description said every room had a desk and chair. All we had was an old bed, The curtains had holes and didn't close. The room wasn't clean. Staff not helpful.

This hotel had Bedbugs and I wasn't accommodated, You guys was suppose to get me a disabled room and they didn't have any rooms for disabled people.

Location

There was a cockroach in my room. The shower only produced cold water, and the walls were patched. The scariest part was the suspicious men lurking in the stairwells, not to mention the strange people smoking, drinking hanging out on the balconies.

It's in a busy location but it's back off the road in a quiet shaded corner
