2 men at the entrance. One smoking weed and the other smoking cigarettes. I noticed that the cigarette butt stand was out at the entrance so that's the first thing that you see when you arrive. Bad look for the hotel!

The staff was excellent. Very clean hotel.

Unfortunately the hotel was right next a very busy and very noisy Harrison Road. The street noise eased up about 11pm but cranked back up at 6am.

Staff was friendly. We stayed for a week. Hotel employee was by far the most friendly, cheerful, customer service oriented person who made a point of acknowledging us every shift she worked when she saw us. And she worked 2 shifts a day the majority of our stay.

The indoor pool was freezing.

Very clean, modern, new hotel property with great features, including the best equipped gym I've ever seen in this class of hotel property. Also, the breakfast was also very nice, and the staff was very friendly.

This is a very small complaint, but I'd prefer to have butter rather than margarine served with breakfast. otherwise, the breakfast was great.

Safety was the best. Needing a Key Card to access the levels to our room was awesome. Staff were all friendly; except one morning shift lady. I over heard her tell a guest from out of town that the locals are their biggest problem. Shame on Cincinnati.

I needed to extend our stay by 1 day and that turned into a headache. A waste of $---.

The lobby area and the rooms are very nice. Appear to be new. Very clean. Parking and location were fine.

When we checked in, nothing was said about breakfast or checkout. Breakfast was a disappointment. We went down around 9:15 (ended at 10). Eggs were refilled, but all food was cold. No oatmeal, yogurt. Small fruit selection. Eggs were gone before end.

Very comfortable bed, large bathroom. Large TV. Friendly desk clerk.

It was very clean and spacious.

Around 2AM there was a drunk couple knocking and pounding on the door across the hall for about 40 minutes. When I told the front desk they argued with me about how long it had been going on and did not seem concerned at all.

Always clean and friendly staff. Quiet rooms for being busy and love the location. Our favorite place to stay while in Cincinnati. Breakfast is very good also!

Hotel was good.

The bed in this room was like sleeping on a wooden slab and there might as well have been no pillows as they were basically non-existent. The rest of the hotel was fine, except for the one thing that actually mattere which is crazy

This was the best stay in Ohio yet. Great combinations friends staff. Very clean and neat.

No complaints at all.
