Location to the Great American Patk and the free breakfast

A/C was not working in our room. Took over 24 hours to move us to a new room with A/C after demanding to be moved.

Great amenities, stove, microwave full-size refrigerator, dishwasher. Nice breakfast included with the price of the room.

This historic lobby was beautiful. The room size was great.

The room's bed and sofa need to be replaced. Both sagged in the middle. Other furniture was dinged, worn and should be upgraded.

Location was central to downtown.

The parking is high. Our toilet was clogged for no apparent reason. The coffee maker did not work. We paid almost $--- dollars for a room that is typically $---at most. The price gouging from hotels has gotten out of control.

Location, quiet, cleanliness, good service

That the maid service is not daily. The airline lost my luggage so I had to buy everything new and I had a lot of trash as a result

The staff and the breakfast!! As well as the location being conveniently close to Paycor Stadium.

The parking sucked, you had to pay $42 a night for valet or risk parking on the street and getting fined. There was a public paid parking lot but still having to pay $20 plus almost daily for parking wasn?t the greatest experience.

Room was fine

My car was broken into while parked in the garage in the hotel. Everyone was quick to explain that it wasn?t their problem.

Great location, easy walk to the Taft Theater and plenty of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good and liked that we could also go over to the Hampton Inn side for more breakfast options. Room was large and clean, had a full size fridge.

Our experience was absolutely horrible.There is not much good to say. The staff and managers when we went to check out were the only helpful peopl.

This was the worst hotel experience I¿ve ever had. We were given the wrong room which was SUPPOSED to be a suite, but was a basic room, the air did not work so they gave us a box fan, And we had to send guests home because they had no where to sleep.

The amenities provided in the room

No public parking. They only had valet parking which cost $42. If you are not going to provide public parking then valet should at least be free for paying guests.

Location, large rooms

The room was 80 degrees and a/c didn¿t work. A miserable way to spend the night

The included breakfast had plenty of variety to offer and we were impressed by the hot options and fresh fruit. Staff was friendly and attentive! The room was spacious and quiet through the night. Location was convenient for walking to our attractions

The shower head openings contained quite a bit of mildew, lime scale buildup and rust. The hotel location was convenient for walking, but we were very disappointed in valet parking prices, so we parked at the garage next to it. The rates still Crazy!

No parking except for in a garage that required dragging suitcases a long way over uneven brick sidewalks to the hotel. Room was not ready. Cancelled because it was too dangerous for three elderly women to navigate. One of our group fell on the sidewal

Loved the lower than usual rate for an extended stay style room in Downtown! Very clean and comfortable.

Little hard to spot entrance if you haven't been there before, but only took one more trip around block to find so nothing bad. 9.9/10

The staff was very nice and accommodating

The room was not setup right. We had 3 of us in the room. The guest staying out on the pullout couch had to open our bedroom door, turn on the light to go to the bathroom. For us to turn on the light we had to go out by the entry door to turn it on.

They refused to refund the hold for the rooms after charging me an extra $80
