- I am not sure that the room cleaner was as focused and thorough as they could be. The fitted sheet was not a good fit and had to be put back on a few times. An undershirt from a previous customer behind the bed was discovered when doing the sheet.
- Had a late check in, the room was dirty and the bed was not made and disgusting, there were no covers, the bathroom was dirty, and there was trash in the room.
- Staff was stupid and rude and cussed. The room was not dusted. here were not enogh towels. Coffee machine was terrible. I asked 3 differnt peopple about valet parking and recievied 3 different answers.

We did have some hot water challenges.
No restaurant- curtains in the room allow too much light and cannot be closed (sheers) - ordered pizza and it sat at the front desk for 20 minutes as no one called to tell me it had arrived. Friendly staff, but not enough of them. Breakfast was just ok.

The AC was out in the entire hotel, and upon check-in they didn¿t mention it at all. We went up to our room, thinking it was just warm in the hallways and our room was 80° the entire day and into the night. The hotel staff did nothing to accommodate us
The room was large with large windows. The beds were great.
The carpets in the hall way need to be replaced. They hat lots of spots. Also, forget their breakfast, you cant call it that.

Tub clogged, door not closing as the door hits the frame and by the marks on door and frame it's been like that for a while, room was not ready to check in by 3pm hotel staff said it will be another 30 to 40 minutes wait.

Elevators were not working properly and had to wait to get one. Rooms were not ready at check in time. Valet was no where to be seen to park car so we parked in the garage ourselves

To start the room was not ready for over an hour past check in time. Hotel this size with six elevators and only two work. No security at all so almost saw two physical brawls at elevators. Parking garage is not connected to hotel and no good signage

Maintenance room was across the hall. We were woken up well before 5:30 with 3 loud noises from someone doing something from that room. When I mentioned this at checkout when I was asked how stay was the reply from desk worker was a brush off.

The valet lost my keys.. was there 3 hrs longer than anticipated..
Way overpriced for a old hotel. Restroom floor was a slip hazard with the shower that drained onto the rest of floor.

Parking is not easy. Garage is next door but you have to walk half a block to get to the elevator to the garage. Staff did not talk kindly about another guest who had a problem as I was checking in.

The location of the hotel was fine as we were attending a Cincinnati Reds games. The breakfast buffet was adequate with a nice selection of hot/cold entries.
This hotel is sharing space with a Homestead Suites in the same building. It is a little confusing at first. The breakfast actually looked a little better at the Homestead Suites. The construction out side was annoying.
