Front desk ladies were extremely friendly and the room was very clean

The door has a large gap that let in air and excess noise. The laundry staff were extremely loud early in the morning and I had to ask them go please be quiet.

Location, staff friendliness, cleanliness, comfortable room with working fridge. Plus, the wooded area next door was great for bird and bunny watching while we had our morning coffee.

The construction next door, but that is not the hotel's fault.

Updated room. Clean. Good breakfast. Nice pool. Great location.

The parking lot and surrounding construction which made getting around difficult.

There was construction in the next lot over. It was a minor distraction and certainly not the problem of the hotel. It did involve the passage from the street to the building. It will all sort out when that project finishes. It looked like a restaurant

no good vegetarian food for breakfast (told we could eat waffles or oatmeal, but we wanted eggs), staff did not offer alternatives for eggs and not friendly, beds made noise when sitting on, damp face rag w/ white powder on shelf, homeless man in parking

Location. Except the parking but there¿s construction so we understood. The shower/bathroom had areas that could have been caulked better. And the counter in the bathroom could have been disinfected. A cleaner/fresher smell would have beed nice.

Chloe, who works at the front desk, was very unprofessional and did not have knowledge of the hold the hotel puts on an account. She was just guessing at answers.

Convenience to where I was going

Bathroom door was a barn door style with a hook and eye closure. No fan in bathroom and room was on the small size. Not much walking room between bed and dresser.

The room was good sized.

It was the most noisy room I have ever been in. I could hear everything on every floor. And parking is an absolute nightmare with the road in to the hotel a mess with the construction going on in front of the hotel. This is the first bad review I've given

Location

Have stayed at this location many times - this is the first time at this location where I had an issue with the room. The room was muggy and humid.

The breakfast was much better than we expected. I also appreciate the all the outer access doors are kept locked for our security.

I wish they had a larger lounge area.

Cleanliness and proximity to surrounding locations of interest.

The box breakfasts were less than desirable. Would have preferred a hot breakfast each day rather than just on the weekend.

Staff was incredible.Room was actually very nice BUT please see below 1) flooring 2) dampness. Something needs done both of these areas. We did not say anything during the stay because of covid/didn't want people in & out of room. Needs dehumidifier badl

Room was clean but Floor was filthy. Each day my socks were black. There was a dampness in the room Towels would not dry. Something needs done differently on cleaning the floor. To say my socks were black is not exaggerating.

Very peaceful and the ac worked fast. Pet friendly.

The counter in the bathroom was too tall for my child to reach to wash his hands.

Quick check-in and friendly staff! The breakfast was good and I liked the location because I did not rent a car and was still able to walk to eating places and the mall.

The workout center is really little. If one other person was in there at the same time you were it was crowded.

Friendliness of the staff

The sheets on the beds had some little rock like dirt and hair on them and the bath tub had a dirty looking stain in it. Other than that everything was perfect and clean.

Great location. Great breakfast. Nice to get an ice cold water upon check in on a hot summer day!!
