- This property was in an excellent location for why we were in Cincinnati.
- I love the tiles! The service was great. Brad for the win! We had no heat and the phone wouldn’t call the front desk, but he was amazing!

- The smell in the elevator, hallways and downstairs was putrid. Made us feel sick Once we made it to our room we were fine. The rooms are outdated with bad pillows
- No heat in one of rooms! We slept in our coats. Just glad it wasn’t the room my 85 year old mom was in.
- Room did not have body wash in the shower. It was completely empty. I doordashed food and they never called to tell me it was there.

The location

The art through out the hotel was a very nice addition to our stay. The staff were polite, friendly and very helpful It's also enjoyable to see where the penguin is hiding each day.
