Staff were very accommodating. Breakfast was included and we were within 10-15 minutes of walking distance to casino & ball parks!

Staff is accommodating. Valley service was very good. Not sure it’s worth a $40 but when there’s no place to park or you have to find your own, I guess it’s for the convenience.

I thought the room would be bigger. Isure I picked a room with two beds, however, ended up a king bed and a pullout couch. We couldn’t figure out how to pull it out and the kitchen area was nice. The shower was a good size. All and all the space was ok

Hotel was clean. Nice to have a full refrigerator, small cook top, microwave and dishes available. Breakfast was a good way to start to day - there was variety so it was the same thing everyday and it was not a continental breakfast.

Self parking was 2 blocks away - would be nice to have something closer instead of using Valet.

The staff! They were friendly, helpful, and personable. You could tell they cared and enjoyed working there. The front desk, housekeeping, bartender, valet, and breakfast attendant were all great. The GM is running a good operation.

Some minor deep cleaning items could use attention - dust on the base board ledges, lower level bathroom floor.

The updated decor, high level of cleanliness and free breakfast. While the immediate area was clearly not the best part of the city, the hotel was only a block or two from gorgeous parks and an easy walk to make other sights of Cincinnati.

Housekeeping staff failed to clean my room, despite repeated requests throughout my 6 day stay. They came, dropped off towels and left. The staff was unapologetic and did not take this into consideration when I requested a late checkout due to illness.

It was clean and the suite was laid out well.

If I remember correctly the ad for the hotel said it was .3 miles from the ballpark. It wasn't. The location of the Hotel was in a run down area. There were cars driving around at 3:00 in the morning driving around the hotel with their music blasting.

I thought the breakfast needs some life popped into it. There was no non-dairy alternative to add to the coffee and the food selection was small. You need to up your game regarding breakfast.

The hotel seemed clean and secure. Anyone staying should be reminded to never leave your room without your keycard. You need to understand that every door in the hotel requires a keycard to enter including the elevator... The complimentary breakfast was adequate, and the coffee was pretty good.

I really only had 2 things that i didn't care for, but to be fair there isn't much that can be done about either one. First, the hotel does not have any parking spaces. They offer valet parking at a relatively expensive rate. So guests are left to fend for themselves when traveling in a car. The second thing is the noise. We had a room on the 3rd floor over-looking 7th St. The traffic noise was very loud and I was very concerned that I might not get a wink of sleep but I guess I was tired enough that I fell asleep and was only awoke a couple times. But light sleepers beware and bring earplugs.

Staff was warm and friendly. Super helpful immediately. There were no doubts. We were able to have early check in no questions asked.

The pool floor was nasty. Didn't like how the parking wasn't attached.

The room was great size. The toiletries was fantastic and moisturizing.

There was a horrible noise that kept recurring (possibly from an appliance. It kept waking us up and we could not figure out what it was.
