Roomy, clean, lemon water at check-in area

Modern, spaciuous rooms that are well-equipped. Relatively quiet room considering the downtown location. Breakfast was suitable. All-day coffee in the lounge.

While the room was sort of clean, the attention to detail was not there. Sticky countertops. Crumbs on side of mattress. A few stains here and there. It was not the cleanest hotel room, but wasn't attrotious.

Manager. She was a hustler.

Room not ready by check in time. Almost an hour later.

The proximity to UC campus was great. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Other than the pool area, I felt like we were in a brand new hotel.

Our t.v. remote did work, the door frame going to the bedroom of the suite was busted loose. Our in room phone did not work. The shampoo bottle provided was open and empty. The buttons on the microwave did not work. There was old food in the microwave

The location was perfect for getting to the Paycor stadium, it is right on bus route #43

The room was very spacious. I loved the full kitchen.

The staff were awesome, they were very accomodating and courteous.

Modern, comfy beds, nice shower, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, this hotel was just details and amenities from being excellent.

Some missed cleaning in the room

Staff very friendly. We had an issue with no remote for the tv. Quickly replaced it.

Had some problem when checking in. For some reason my reservation, made through booking.com,wasn't registered.

The front staff was friendly and professional.

The hotel is not clean and the constant smell of marijuana is present. The location is not great.

The food was very minimal. It was like they just didn't have enough. We waited for about 40 minutes and finally asked the staff, and they said they were out of food, and it was only 7am.

Out flight was a little late so we got there around 11pm and the front desk person couldn't remember the password to get back into the computer, so he had to keep calling his supervisor until they answered to get the password, that process took over an hour.

Clean and up to date.

The shower was disgusting, the bed sheets and the towels smells horrible. They was only 2 bath towels for 4 people, no wash cloths, but they made up for it with hand towels ? we had about 5 hand towels.

The hotel was a fairly new build. Modern lobby area & in the rooms.

Apparently, there was a youth basketball team on the same floor as I was placed on. It was extremely noisy every night. The kids were running through the halls. At check-out, I was charged an additional fee (i.e. a "green" fee) that I was not informed by by Booking.

Staff was super nice and helpful. Very accomodating. Room was clean and very spacious.

Wasn't to impressed with the breakfast but the hotel itself and the stay was great

Awful

We arrived on a Sunday evening to check in and were told the booking had been cancelled as the university had booked the hotel up until 2025. We received no email detailing this and very little help from the staff member who spoke to us at the door (wouldn’t even let us on the lobby). Both mainstay and booking were very poor in communication afterwards (zero response from mainstay and booking don’t really seem to care). Shocking service

Great location, good staff and great price

Neighborhood can be a little sketchy late but the Propert has a gate around the lot
