front desk is wonderful. We have stayed here 2 times & she has always been very helpful & friendly each time. Her help during a stressful time is appreciated & remembered. The hotel is close to the Children's, which is why we stay here.

The hallway on floor 6 needs to be cooled. The day we checked in the hotel smelled bad like old mop water was used. It would be nice to have a bench under the awning for smokers or people waiting on rides can use maybe on the opposite side of the door.

The staff was great. Sink wasn’t draining and it was fixed in minutes.

Staff was amazing. We had a noise issue with room above us. I wish it was handled faster but I do understand it was not under their control.

The staff was excellent, kind professional and friendly! We were welcomed in by Bentley who was incredibly warm and polished! Hotel employee prepared a delicious breakfast with a wonderful positive energy! Hotel employee was also gracious and helpful!

Everything was superb! I amused to staying in hotels so this was delightful and at the top of my list!

Free parking. Extra seating (sofa) was great.

Ran out of maple syrup for breakfast. Ran out of toilet paper. When I asked front reception about toilet paper, they said they didn't have any. WHAT? Room and floor was frigid. Had to turn off air conditioning and it was still a little cold. Room echoed.

The hotel is on a busy street, so I heard a lot of noise.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. After breakfast was over, the lady cleaning up still got me a glass of milk I wanted.

The room was perfect... comfy bed, super clean, large bathroom, very nice receptionist, good breakfast. Only minutes away from the zoo, too.

The breakfast buffet was OK but no Cheerios or Rasin Bran cereal, no oatmeal, only fresh fruit was apples.

The hotel was 7 minutes from the church my brother funeral was held at it was so convenient because we had travel from Georgia. I really didn't feel like driving out far I was familiar with the area because I grew up in walnut hills.

Just the stain on the arm of the couch but other than that everything was awesome.

Great location, within a mile /5 minutes from the children's hospital, the room was very spacious & it had a Sectional Sofa and 2 queen beds. Microwave and mini fridge plus a smart TV to get you own apps to watch your fav shows The breakfast was great!!!

The shower lacked a curtain and found food in the mini fridge that should have been thrown away by housekeeping other than that our stay was great, it served it's purpose as we were in town during our daughter's hospital stay

the suite had a nice sized couch

the room was freezing cold and wouldn't heat up. Check in took forever with an odd clerk. The couch in the room was not clean at all. And they gave us only two small bath towels despite there being two adults on the reservation.

The staff was amazing, each person we interacted with was very pleasant and welcoming. The room, pool and eating area were all very clean. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

It was conveniently located to where we wanted to be. It was clean and the staff were very nice. The breakfast was good, a typical offering of hotel food. The hostess was very cheerful and she was checking on the guests as they were eating.

It was very utilitarian, not a lot of "warmth" in the decor. The couch in our room had a stain on it. The towels were small and we only had one bar of soap.
