Been staying here for the last 10 years maybe once a year. It has gone down. The hotel needs remodeling. The parking lot still looks like a pile of dump after 5 years. The rooms are dirty and everything is is falling apart.the shower did not work!

The hot breakfast was nice.

The pull out mattress had stains all over it, the floors were very stained in the room and bathroom, the toilet paper holder was broken, and the extra tool had maybe 10 squares left on it.

Not a thing

They lied about the pool was nasty. There was green around it. There is I got plenty of pictures. There was a hole above the pool there was Russ going into the pool. There was green around the pool. The hot tub didn?t work numerous families.

Suite had a desk and sofa

Hotel needs lots of updates, lobby had dim lighting, elevator had duck tape on the floor, bedding clean but old

The breakfast was about the only redeeming quality here.

The staff acted like they didn't care. The elevator was unsafe with broken floor tiles. The pool for the kids was cloudy and dimly lit and unkept. The hot tub was covered up with plywood! The room had curtains that wouldn't completely close. I could go on

They ran out of towels, breakfast was nasty, hotel was not very clean, old elevator, smelled a lot of weed for being non smoking and staff not very nice at all

My room wasn't cleaned very well. Staff didn't know what they were doing. Microwave was not mounted wires hanging. The hotel was very loud until about 4 a.m. there was no ice buckets no big towels just hand towel and wash cloths avaliable in room.

Nothing..The hotel is dirty and outdated. -I called the front desk to clean the room two times after the second night and they said housekeeping will come but never made it to my room. Unfortunately they don?t care about treating their guest with respect.

Nothing I like about this hotel. -the pictures of the hotel on the website are deceiving -room needs a real makeover.

We arrived after 9:00pm and the young woman was very friendly and kind. I asked if the sheets were soft and she said come back down and I will get you new ones if they aren¿t. Well they were! The blackout curtain was torn but was covered with a towel.

We originally asked to check in two hours early and was told if we paid an extra $25 we could. We were in room 401!

Comfortable beds, attentive staff.

I have stayed here several times and have found that some rooms have coffee makers, but some don't, some rooms have tables, but some don't and the tv stations available varies from room to room.

Breakfast was plentiful with a nice variety.

Cleanliness - my kids found a cigarette butt in the bed. Safety - there was a piece of metal sticking out from the underside of the bed that I cut my leg on and in the pool area the hot tub was covered with unsecured plywood.

The room was dirty. Rug was stained and dirty. Shower was dirty with shower head covered in mold. Air conditioner did not cool and was extremely noisy. Advertised hot breakfast, turned out to be cold eggs, no fruit, and coffee only on request. Very Poor!

Beds hard hot tub had a plywood on it and mold on railing pool was small and nasty ac did not work in room staff said nothing can do about it

Very friendly staff, clean, spacious rooms.

The whirlpool is permanently closed, but this is not shown on the website

Room fit 6 of us between two queen size beds and a pullout couch. Breakfast was hot with plenty of continental breakfast options too. Pool was nice. Location was great - lots of food options, Meijer close by, near interstates, etc.

The hot tub was boarded over. Room 117's bathtub has rusted and chipped sections, a couple walls had spatters of something on them, the pullout mattress was icky, and we had to request sheets for it. The hot breakfast items are the same each day.

The room wasn¿t clean and the pullout couch was dirty and also the shower head was nasty and the tub was moldy and the pillows on the bed needed help

The only thing that was good was the bed

The rooms are absolutly discusting. You could not walk around without your feet getting nasty, the ac was horrible,the baseboards were missing from the walls. The refrigerator made a hissing sound all weekend. No AC in hallways either. Pool was nasty also

Evidently this hotel serves an unsavory client base. Deafening fire alarm went of during the first night but was a false alarm which I suspect was caused by occupant smoking or worse.
