Kinley Cincinnati Downtown a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Great location with some legal parking on streets (weekend) and plenty of paid parking options in the immediate vicinity, as well as Valet. Friendly, professional staff welcomed us and got us checked in quickly. Room was clean and modern.

A small pantry for travelers would be a great add-on, but with all of the neighboring resources, probably not needed..

Amazing staff, modern decor, luxury lobby.

Heard dog and adult noises in middle of night from neighboring rooms.

The information about the lobby bar opening hours on the website is incorrect. It wasn¿t an issue but I was there two nights and no housekeeping came to my room

The hotel was very clean, comfortable and stylish. Staff was great, valets were super nice. The beds were comfortable and the room and bathroom were great.

Would have liked to have a Keurig in the room, but the coffee was good in the restaurant downstairs.

Loud, we were in a room right by the elevator and across the hall from a staff room. All doors slammed very loud in this hotel. Also we were next to a parking ramp that was also noisy

I¿m extremely picky when it comes to hotels but The KINLEY exceeded my expectations in every area! The cleanliness was A1, each and every person from the staff tht I encountered was friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was pleasant.

Location

Our AC broke and the hotel didn¿t have any fans. Plus you have to pay for your own coffee in the lobby and there are no machines in the room¿a little ridiculous when paying $--- a night.

Great location, restaurant and bar on the bottom floor. Staff was very helpful. We had a great room with wall to wall windows that we loved.

Clean friendly

I was overcharged 322$ on my card. Contacted the hotel and was corrected! But still very disheartening! The hotel and experience were amazing. But this will make me always question the bill!!!!!!!

Decor, location

Staff, lying about what room I had, horrible customer service, charged my card numerous times for unauthorized charges and said it was a mistake 600 dollars later , staff was rude acted like we were an inconvenience when valet had to get car

The location was wonderful, I had a fun time figuring out a place to park in the nearby area but I was able to find a really good spot nearby.

Good location. Walkable fun stuff to do and places to eat. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The towels were soft and clean.

The room worn down. The heat was very noisy coming on and off. There weird arrant pipe noises. The shower needed updating—tiles were gross, the personal care products in the shower were dirty at the dispenser and the conditioner wouldn’t come out. The shampoo smelled chemically off.

Kinley was a great hotel while visiting our son for the weekend. Super cute lobby and bar, and well appointed rooms. Not huge, but not tiny either.The arrival staff was great (think, Dante ?).In the heart of cincy.Park next door to save a few bucks…

No drawers/dresser!That seems to be a thing these days. I have noticed it in a few of our last vacations/trips.There is Closet to hand stuff up, but unpacking clothes meant stashing under the bench.Wasn’t a big deal for a weekend, but it would bug me if we stayed longer.
