Check in and out was seamless. Decent break, good parking situation.

The room I got did not match the one in the picture when I booked. Unable to address as they were fully booked. That was quite disappointing considering the price paid.

The front desk had checked another family in under my reservation. Beds are so uncomfortable and A/C unit was so loud

the air conditioning unit was broken in our room and had us up all night. every time in kicked on it made a loud noise like a fire alarm! It was supposed to cool down that night so we did not change rooms but unfortunately it went on all night.

Although we were spared, there were car break ins at the hotel. The hotel is not liable for this, that?s fair and they were up front about parking at your own risk. Apparently it has been a recurring problem.

The staff was wonderful I liked having a restaurant in walking distance, the staff was welcoming

The rooms that I booked were supposed to be handicap accessible, yet we had to change rooms as their toilet was too low and there was a step up and no seat , the staff were able to change rooms , also the doors are almost impossible to open and push wheel

The location is largely the only thing they have going for them.

The staff weren't very friendly and the bed was insanely uncomfortable. Ended up leaving at midnight because it was impossible to sleep on. Like sleeping on a spring board.

Location is perfect. Due to your location, you should charge more.

Two items. Floors were not swept and dirty in some places. Second, paying for parking. That should be covered in the cost of the room. Your location to the campus, hospital and zoo, you need to charge more. Much more per night.

Nice clean rooms. Lobby & staff very good! Good amenities available.

The employee checking in was very nice, but also quick! We enjoyed the breakfast and the location was great for our visit. The pillows in the room were horrible, though.

I wish it had a bar/restaurant. The breakfast food was less than desirable. Very small selection. Only one waffle maker for the entire hotel. Needed more hot food selection and donuts or something along that line. Granola would of been nice. bananas, etc.

Location was ideal for me

It had everything I needed but price was a bit high for a minimalist breakfast and no hot tub.

Night staff was rude, arrogant, unhelpful and down right nasty with me. Horrible experience.

I liked that there was a business center to print my negative covid test that I needed to attend an event. I liked that there were hot drinks available all day and night.

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable.

Clean, heated pool with fresh towels. Very much enjoyed a dip before bed.

First room we were given was filled with Marijuana smoke and the AC/heat was broken and wouldn't work. We told the desk and they gave us another room and took an air purifier into the first one. The second room was sparkling clean and fresh smelling.

Location was ideal. Sheets clean and comfortable.

Strange shadow in dome in bathroom. Looked like the body of a mouse. Lamp interior had strange splatters inside. website i booked with said parking was included but i was charged for it out of my deposit.

The beds were extremely hard. Caused pain n my hips and shoulders. When I inquired about a cushion or memory pad for the bed desk clerk said they didn¿t have any I finally asked for a comforter but that didn¿t help Decor was 70s old so didn¿t look clea

Pleasant and clean.

We had an email from the hotel that stated masks would be required by all guests and staff in public areas inside the hotel. This was good news to us. However, most of the staff and guests were not using masks.
