Ashbourne Hotel Canton/Hall of Fame I-77

My room was canceled by the hotel. It was sold and the cleaning staff quit.

I did not stay there.

New rooms and comfy beds

I stayed there for 5 days , not once did housekeeping come by. Took my trash out my self.

They were in the middle of renovations but advertised nice rooms. When I called, they said the pool was open.Which was not an under construction. I did not end up staying worst hotel Experience I have had ever

The bathroom was dirty other people hair in the shower they didn?t have the hot tub or pool like they said and they was under construction which ran all hours

It was being remodeled. No lamps in the room, no telephone in the room, the bottom of the bathtub was painted white and the maids never came once to change the sheets on the bed or to give us clean towels.

It was a very quiet experience.

Took long time for hot water to reach the faucet. instructions on operating television were not clear.

Indoor pool, full breakfast buffet

The lock on my door didn't work right, there was construction in the room next door all week, staff never cleaned my room, my bed broke, I went to get a glass of water a bug came out into the glass I drank it and spit out the bug.

The room reeked of cigarette smoke despite being a nonsmoking room. The room was clean but the furnishings and bathroom were old and worn. The finish was coming off the tub, there were rust stains in the toilet. All the corners were crusty.

Location and price.

Run down and packed with kids. Pool had 25 kids at one time. Breakfast was disappointing.

The bed was very comfortable. The shower was nice and hot. The breakfast bar was good, with a nice and tasty selection of foods.

Although the room was fully paid in advance, the staff rudely demanded an additional $100 deposit before I was allowed to check in. It then took 30 minutes to check out, because they had to inspect the room before they would return it. The room was cold.

Staff very helpful and friendly

Swimming pool was too cold to swim in and hot tub not working. Breakfast was below expectations

It was clean and well maintained

It advertised a breakfast with eggs, sausage, etc. When we asked why they didn¿t have it, we were told that they have that breakfast Wednesday-Sunday. We were there on Tuesday. So we had warm up sandwiches.

I got cheated out of my stay and money spent. I booked for Monday night and yall booked me for Sunday night.

I liked the opening windows sometimes the ac is too cold but the room still needs to be aired out and the ability to open the window helps a lot

The friendly staff

The key stopped working several times, and had to get reprogrammed. There was a loud group on the same level and heavy scent of weed. The place was a little dingy inside

The staff was humble congenial warm, made special effort for me to give a woman of housekeeping a special gift. Desk very helpful

Probably could not help but have worn fixtures fabric . Probably that there was a moistness in the room, sheets.
