Great person Sunday morning.

The room smelled like covered up smoke smell, only one staff at check in 5:30 pm on Friday night who had to handle calls, Checkin and showing people around; weird outlet in bathroom didn?t work so couldn?t use the hair dryer.

Overall feeling of being at home and the cookies. Bar had very reasonable happy hour drink specials and appetizer specials. Quesadilla was greasy, but good and filled with quality ingredients

Lobby, front desk, restaurant staff unfriendly and uncooperative.

The staff are most helpful. Even when it was a surprize that breakfast is not complimentary.

Limited parking, Trains blowing as late as 12:30 and as early as 4:30 a.m.

Pool.

This is VERY limited parking. There is additional parking that YOU pay for. Breakfast is $18 per person! Security is NOT good, teen punks pulled the fire alarm at 3am. Ridiculously overpriced!! Will never go here again!

Very clean, tasteful furnishing, very nice pool area, and bar. I love their complementary warm cookies as well! Very nice staff.

Shower did not work well

Beautiful hotel, with modern fixtures and a host of helpful amenities. The room decor was excellent and the staff was exceptionally friendly and professional.

No dedicated parking for the hotel itself. Street parking was limited and although there was a parking garage with a skywalk leading directly to the hotel, it required additional payment for use.

Very clean and spacious. Nice amenities - fitness center and pool.

It was very clean and modern and very comfortable

We went downstairs for breakfast and sat at the table for 10 minutes and still never had anyone approach us for water or coffee or anything so we left We were disappointed because we wanted to try the breakfast there

I booked a king size bed, the room I was given had two queen size beds. Why make a reservation if I¿m not going to get the room for which I paid?

Parking a bit inconvenient

Staff went out of their way to ensure we were happy and comfortable during our stay. This was especially true of Kimberly at the front desk, who invested extra effort to ensure we had an accessible room. Everything about our stay was exceptional.

Parking fee was reasonable, but was not listed anywhere when making reservations. This should be disclosed just like ¿resort fees¿ are now listed.
