Comfort Inn Hall Of Fame

Quiet location. Room was pretty clean and had a small fridge and microwave as well as ironing board. The simple breakfast was just fine.

The carpet was in strong need of shampooing.

It was close to the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

The bed was terrible! The queen bed was sagging in the middle. When we told the clerk he said thank you for bringing it to his attention.

Location staff and breakfast was better than any other 2.5 star hotel

Nothing to comment on

The location

There were stains on the under sheet and carpet. The shower was dirty.

The staff were very helpful and kind and the waffles were great....

You need a microwave in the breakfast area to heat up cold eggs....

Proximity to events.

Fire alarm going off at 7:45 AM. Then continued to randomly go off until 9AM.

They falsely advertised. They have no hot tub. Their breakfast was disgusting. The tv was so outdated I only got a handful of channels

Everything was clean and organized

The room they provided was a handicapped room. Nothing against that necessarily except the shower was a hand wand that was as high as my chest. I made it work but would have preferred a normal shower

Even though it was older and the decor was dated, it was very clean and in good condition. I felt safe staying in this location.

Not really.

I like the seclusion of the location. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The slamming of doors being by the stairwell and the neighbor next to me kept slamming their door over and over again.

It was mostly quiet. We were on the very end next to the back door which was ok for unloading and bringing in mine and my daughters luggage.

Until the second day the guests placed next to us continuously slammed their door over and over again. And the presence of marijuana was noticable. A lot of foot traffic coming in and out of the back door. Was a little unnerving traveling alone with child

Decent breakfast nice staff.

Must request room service I missed the sign. 2 towels and wash rags for 3 days 2 nights is no good. Had to get more from the front desk.

The location was right off the freeway, which made it very convenient. The "hot" breakfast was very good. The room was very clean. We will stay at Comfort Inn again.

The only drawback was there was not adequate space to open my suitcase. I had to put it on the floor. The bathroom sink area was not large enough for me.

Clean, Convenient, great breakfast

Locss as toon , cleanliness and receptionist or clerk an owner very friendly and helpful

Location friendly receptionist clean comfortable nice pillows handicap room was very nice breakfast was excellent will stay again for sure

Friendly staff

Needs updated and cleaned better, stairs at entrance were dirty w food crumbs. Refrigerator didn¿t work in room and bedding was worn.

Location to Canton McKinley HS/Football Hall of Fame with many options for food and shopping nearby. Quiet hotel, comfortable bed. Good water pressure in shower.

Lobby needed a good vacuum. Window and heating/AC in room needed weather stripping.

Staff was great. Room was very nice and clean. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good.

At check in the young lady said to me, ¿We need a credit card for incidentals. Don¿t worry, your card will not be charged unless you steal or break something. I¿ve stayed at nicer hotels and have NEVER been spoken to in this manner! WILL NEVER BOOK AGAIN!
