Hampton Inn & Suites Canton

In a time where customer service seems to be a thing of the past, this staff was incredible. hotel employee greeted us and checked us into the hotel with a smile and spoke to us as though she’d known us for a while. The complimentary breakfast was A+.

It would’ve been nice to have restaurant options within walking distance, but not a dealbreaker.

The staff was accommodating

Bathroom gloo r sticky and the bottom of my slippers and feet got dirty.

The coffee in the room was terrible, I am from the west coast, 3 hours different, so at 11:00 Ohio time, which is 8:00 Arizona time, there was no coffee for me in the lobby.

Ease of check in and staff are all very pleasant. Parking in a well lit area. Saw deer when I pulled in at the back of the property. Guests were pleasant.

The location and size of the room were great! The breakfast had a decent variety. The breakfast was excellent, especially the omelet cook! She is a sweetheart.

The pool could be warmer for a heated pool. Pool towels were al gone. I had to go get regular towels vs staff bringing them. The happy hour is all well liquor tasted terrible! They won't sub items like ginger beer. No coffee or tea avail after breakfast.

The breakfast was outstanding as was the bed.

No sign at the bottom of the hill to let you know where to turn but other hotels had them so it was confusing.

The front desk lady was a great employee.

The hotel seemed to be not kept up well and the breakfast staff was gossiping the whole time I ate breakfast making the experience very uncomfortable. For the price per night I think there are many better options for a hotel.

Clean, large rooms, friendly staff

No fridge or microwave. Seemed a lot of money to pay for minimal amenities. On my travels to and from I stayed at motels 1/3 the price where I could at least keep my drinks cold.

The room accommodations were fine.

Train traffic on the east side and interstate traffic on the west side. Customers on the fourth floor running around and had music playing at midnight when I called the desk clerk and informed her she said there was no one in the room. The noise did stop

Gym, staff and location

Better breakfast and clean room. There was a Flie in my room I was there for two days.

Breakfast was excellent!! Room was perfect for 2 adults and child-very spacious!

The pool, the weight room, the outdoor patio, & overall rhe personnel were courteous.
