How far I had to walk to the end of the hall to get to my room I have bad knees and it was difficult

The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel was very clean.

The bathroom door didn't shut, it slid without any way to latch it.

My room next to the ice machine and every time somebody went to get ice it sounded like somebody knocking on my door .in the morning to take a shower no hot water standing in the bathtub to take a shower. It was making noise like falling through the floor

We stay here often and always have a great experience. We love the staff, cleanliness and the rooms (king suite).

The hotel was very clean, and even smelled nice inside. The beds were comfy, and had feather pillows. I liked the 11am checkout time, and light blocking curtain, as I like to sleep in on vacation. The breakfast was good.

This hotel is so clean. The staff is very friendly and the location is great. More than we expected.

The pool heater was not working that was disappointing because I chose a hotel with a pool for my granddaughter. was also unhappy that I was charged a $75 fee for my dog but was not told ahead of time of fee nor was I told at checkin. Saw on bill

The staff at the front desk in the evening was very helpful and personable.

The bed was not to my liking. You could hear the people next door. I did feel that the price was on the high end.

It has a smart tv and I could watch Netflix on it.

No vending machines and the store that was in the hotel only had Coke and Diet Coke for pop to drink. It could use a wider variety of pop. That would be only complaint. Now the staff did let me know that the gas station that was still open after midnight.

The staff was great and friendly.

The room tv was terrible. The HDMI¿s were not functioning and the video settings on the tv were way out of adjustment. The remotes for the TVs were system remotes and wouldn¿t operate the controls on the tv except for very basic commands.

The hotel staff were welcoming and the lobby was clean. Our room was clean and spacious.Our phones had an amazing signal so we were able to use our hotspot! Breakfast was great! We had a wonderful experience.

The water in the hot water dispenser wasn't very hot for breakfast. That is the ONLY thing I could even think of that was a problem. A+ experience all around.

All the staff was very friendly

We were not checked out yet in the morning and a man (staff) came in the room without knocking, I'm assuming he thought we were checked out.

Wonderful! This hotel is newly constructed or renovated. Very modern decor. Beds and linens were so comfortable and the rooms were extremely clean. Staff was amazing. If I am ever in this area again I would most definitely stay here.

There was blood on the comforter and urine the room they moved me to was dirty as well coffee stains on sheets
