Hampton Inn Cambridge

Finished the room renovation looks good. Contractors that did the work so/so. Loose fittings and a few other things need further inspection/follow up. But all in all great hotel

Attention to the small details, the rooms have recently been remodeled but, the drywall dust... Especially the leftover construction particles small debris and dust need to be wiped off vacuumed etc...

I asked the lady that checked me in to be put on the top floor. She did not put me on the top floor.

Rooms and brand recognition that goes with Hampton properties

Just a few minor things- hotel was going through a remodel our room had been remodeled but unfortunately the sub contractors hired to do the work aren't that good. Ex. Rm 303 our stay. New Wall Paper Pealing off wall and there were other things

The staff was friendly. Breakfast was great. And there is an indoor pool!

Was very clean. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was good and a decent selection. Nice location. Workout room was good.

Bed was not the most comfortable. Bedding was horrible. It just needs a sheet a blanket and a comforter. Not this stuff sewn together. Every time you turned over it creaked.

That it was clean and modern, I have stayed at the Hampton Inns before. The breakfast is also very nice ! Free internet is a plus, and free parking. I really enjoyed my stay.

The shower had great water pressure and adjustable head. The room was clean and hotel areas where very clean . The hot breakfast was good and loved the coffee.

The pool and hot tub where great but the pool was cold.

I like the location, the hot breakfast, the amenities, and the ease of check out.

The staff member informed my group(40+y/o) that quiet hours start at 11pm and that we needed to keep our voices down, while we were in the lobby. Not sure why you would want to send 6 drunk females up to a room where it would cause more of a disturbance.

room was not ready. had to wait almost an hour to get in. ask about a steakhouse and was told there was none in the area. Googled and found a great one. Best eats or our little trip. i was not happy

Location is great - close to interstate and to restaurants, Walmart, etc. Free breakfast and free parking are a bonus.

Breakfast wasn¿t hot and order incomplete.

Mask requirement is good. Being able to order breakfast to pick up and take to your room was very important.

Room smelled of smoke. Paid for whirlpool & seal on drain was broken so it didn't hold water. Hot tub in pool area was also having issues & temporarily closed. No breakfast because it was the weekend (really strange)

One free coffee packet in room and had to pay for coffee.
