Comfy bed and friendly staff.? when there was stafff

Fried chicken crumbs on the floor of room, no hot water, breakfast food was unsafe to consume

Staff friendly, property clean.

Musty smell in the room, no lighting in the shower itself (wife has vision issues). Breakfast was severely lacking. Pool is closed but has been closed on previous visits as well. Pillows so firm woke up with headache.

Paid for a king bed room and when I got there was told there were no rooms with a king available so I was given 2 queens instead and told "I figured you still need a room do that would work" If I wanted 2 queens, that's what I would have reserved

water was leaking from roof soon as u walked in the hotel. the a/c quit working and was 88 degree in room and did not fix it and i couldnt sleep and didnt not refund any money. and pool was down

Hotel room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Location was handy to Highway and shops/restaurants.

My room had a lockout door and the person in the adjacent room had the TV on so loud I could not sleep. At 2:45 AM I called the front desk and was very pleased that they took care of it. This was more a case of a discourteous guest than the hotel¿s fault

The staff by far, room and hotel clean.

Ac didn't work well, pool closed and could not find anything stating that on the site. Elevator sound like it's going to break.

The employees are great - front desk and breakfast associate. All very friendly and willing to help.

Pool/hot tub area was out of commission. Sister hotel offered their pool but it¿s way small so we didn¿t utilize. Our room smelt terribly like smoke. The desk associate used an ozone cleaner for it which helped but still smelt odd. Hard bed.

The breakfast was amazing: multiple items available, from fresh oranges and a variety of cereals and rolls, to a selection of egg/ sausage or ham HOT sandwiches. Also, the pool was OPEN, and there even was a hot tub with functional jets.

Mask use was sporadic

Front desk lady was nice and helpful.

Coffee pot broke in room . I paid far to much for room . If paid 35 bucks for night I'd be happy . It's a ok room for a low price . But when I spend 85 bucks I expect a lot more .

The breakfast buffet had alot to choose from and it was good .

This was advertised as a 100% non smoking hotel and our room smelled like smoke. Also it felt like there was alot of moisture in the air inside the room. We could not get rid of the feeling of dampness.

Clean rooms, great breakfast, friendly staff. It was a great experience.

I had no negative experiences.

The staff was very nice and for a hotel that is right off a major highway was neat and clean

Nice clean hotel with a polite staff and good breakfast and clean breakfast area.

Good mattress, refrigerator, micro wave, exercise room with good quality equipment, plus weights, good healthy choice in breakfast items, good staff, including, housekeeping and cook. All friendly and will make your stay seem like you are at home.

The staff was very friendly and always there to help in whatever way needed. We were attending a race in the area and the staff accommodated the racers with starting breakfast 2.5 hours earlier than normal.

There was a stinch in the hotel hallways, but fortunately wasn't in the rooms.
