Very clean, spacious, staff was wonderful, friendliness

This is our favorite hotel! It is everything we need! Clean, wonderful hospitality, great breakfast and, most importantly, the beds are so comfy! We will always stay at this hotel when visiting Bucyrus.

We thought everything was great. Right from the start there was a very friendly front desk clerk, the pool was warm and our kids had fun swimming in it. The room was clean and breakfast had many options. It was a great experience.

Very clean , indoor hot tub and pool were great and open till 10 !!!! Nice hot breakfast , got a biscuits and gravy along with hot pancakes and sausage !!! Couldn¿t be happier thank you !!!!

In my room 219 I went to take a shower in the morning at 10am and I had no hot water I let the water run for a couple mins to see if it would get hot and nothing..

Only complaint is the people above us. Were like a heard of elephants and the staff did nothing after calling multiple times

Very clean room. Linens In bath were perfectly organized and the shower soaps and shampoos very convenient in dispensers.

Well, the ice machine on the third floor was out of order so I had to ride the elevator down the the first floor. Nice place. Nice people

We got really lucky getting this Holiday Inn Express as our 'unknown' 2 1/2* motel! Nicest staff possible, great room, nice looking pool that we didn't use and really nice breakfast selection...much better than other motels in the same category.

Conveniently located off the highway, lovely town, fantastic people. One of the better Holiday Inn Expresses I've stayed at! Very clean and the breakfast is standard. Coffee is decent and they use k-cup pods in the room.

There was a wedding the same weekend. Some of the guests were a bit loud, but can you blame them on a Friday night?

We arrived at the hotel at 2:00 A.M. When we went to the room, we found the bed unmade and the room had not been cleaned. We went back down to tell the person on staff. She quickly found us another room. She handled the situation well.

Clean and the staff was helpful. Great breakfast.

We did not have hot water in our hotel. We called down to front desk and told them, but nobody ever came up to check the problem.
